PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Production of Aluminium extrusions to different sectors viz construction, OEMs, Defence
projects, Aerospace Industries.
Coordinated with clients and quality/production departments to plan different ways to supply
materials as per customer application – Bangalore.
Worked as PPC Engineer complete many defense projects – BEL, Bangalore
Designed new work holding fixtures for machining of CNC machine structural components,
modified existing fixtures to reduce time and production costs.
Did re-routing and proposed new floor plan for old and new production plants – BFW, Bangaore.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT
Recently I worked as Intern Engineer at Bharat Fritz Werner ltd, Bangalore
My job responsibilities were;
During the role as Intern engineer did Time study for manufacturing of different structural
components of CNC machines.
Based on the study, selected components whose machining time can be reduced compared to
existing process.
For some components designed new work holding fixtures to reduce overall production time to
very minimal.
For some components modified the existing fixtures to reduce production time by creating
provision to carry out different machining operations in the same machine.
Coordination with machine operators and supervisors to get their feedback and inputs to modify
different work holding fixtures and in floor planning and re-routing.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT
Previously I worked with Bharat Electronics Ltd as a PPC Engineer.
My job responsibilities were;
Master data for production – Material master data, Production version, Bill of Materials(BoM),
Work centers and Routings.
Production Planning – Sales Operational Planning, Demand Management, Master Production
Schedule.
