Needs Assessment Needs Assessment is a process used to review the work with key onsite stakeholders prior to the start of site

operations. This process ensures that all stakeholders have a comprehensive and clear overview of the project

scope and deliverables and gets the project off to a smooth start.

QCycle™United Safety’s equipment is put into use only after undergoing an onsite QA/QC process where it is

thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, inspected and tested. Equipment inventories are optimized as the timeframe

to field service utilized equipment is minimized. Customers value the reliable quality and uniformity of United

Stewardship Report™The report contains observations on customer’s internal processes and personnel performance and identifies

successful processes and improvement opportunities to be utilized for upcoming projects. The 3600 look back
