Mercedes-Benz Romania is part of the Daimler Group and is Daimler's national sales organization for the divisions Passenger Cars, Trucks, Buses and Vans. Job mission:

To monitor the used car market

development as, imports,

participants, transaction volume,

market share. To develop the

residual value grid and to follow-up

its development.

What we expect from you: High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, number evaluation and

analytic views

Good knowledge of automotive market (domestic and import

brand)

Ability to present to different audiences, from the high level

discussion with senior management to in-depth discussion with

support

Proactive team player and able to work in cross-cultural

environment

Language Proficiency in English

Min. 2 years of professional job experience, preferred in automotive

industry

Preferable knowledge of Automobile Products, Sales & Market

environment of the industry

Interpersonal and communication skill

Your responsibilities and everyday challenges: Develop and maintain the Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car residual value grid. Follow-up the

implementation of the residual value grid within the sales policy of Mercedes-Benz Romania

Monitor the development of the Used Car market and the impact upon the Mercedes-Benz new

and used car sales

Elaborates reports in regards to authorised distributors used cars sales activity – quantity and

quality wise – analise and discuss them with the Sales Manager

Support the dealers in implementation of used cars sales policies and processes

Support the implementation of the MBC used cars sales programs at the level of authorised

distributors

Cooperate with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in order to support the implementation of the

residual values into their sales programs

Support and optimize the implementation of the MBC distribution standards

Prepare reports and lead discussions at management level (on ad-hoc and regular basis)
