A.Drama Defined

• This is when we allow our lives to be overtaken by a series (progression of an event) or a variety (mixture of different events) of “Dramatic” episodes all because we failed to apply wise principles as children of God.


• Types of Dramatic Personalities 1. The Dramatic Personality of a Fighter

• This person sees fighting and contention as the only solution to a conflict.

• Avoiding a quarrel is honorable. After all, any stubborn fool can start a fight. Proverbs 20:3 (GW)

2. The Dramatic Personality of a Quick-Tempered Person • This is a person with an irascible personality. They

allow people & life encounters to easily provoke a reaction from them.

• A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of wicked intentions is hated. Prov 14:17 NKJV

3. The Dramatic Personality of a Controversial Gossip

• This person is always surrounded by controversy due to the unsolicited information they continuously spread.

A devious person spreads quarrels. A gossip separates the closest of friends Prov 16:28 4. The Dramatic Personality of a Hypocrite

• This type of person lives a religious lie. They display a pious/godly image on the outside but deep within they are carnal in nature and misleading in their actions.

5. Drama Queen/King

• This is a person whose life is in constant disarray. They usually attract conflict, confusion, immoral activity and disorder because of their lack of discretion (lacking the sense to deal with their actions or mouth).

• A beautiful woman who lacks discretion is like a gold ring in a pig’s snout. Prov 11:22 (NLT)

• Issue – Quick Tempered, Violent, Drunkard & Hypocrite

• A quick-tempered person does stupid things, but it is also true that people don't like anyone who quietly plans evil. Prov 14:11 (ETRV)

• Issue: Greed • This is what happens to everyonewho is greedy for unjust

gain.Greed takes away his life Pr 1:19.
