Present Job Profile At QuEST Global started as a team member for Event Management and Technical Service support team for Rolls-Royce Civil Aero engines and successfully handled the responsibilities of Technical Reviewer for the data centre task of recording the Engine shop visit & LLP records on Rolls-Royce global tool called Maximo-SDM for all Trents & RB211 engines. Currently working on Value management project for Rolls-Royce Defense & RCI investigation project on Civil Aerospace Large Turbofan Engines. He also had an opportunity to work at customer location at Bristol, UK at RR- Defense Aerospace site for 18 months and played a major contribution in acquiring a long term project for the company. Executed cost reduction task on RR EJ200 project at Bristol which resulted in cost saving in excess of 4 million pound to RR. The current Job role deals with generating new maintenance policy, resolving issues rasied by RR customers related to Service engineering, developing new repair schemes to avoid rejection of high cost engine components during Shop visits, recommending extension of component service life, bringing new reduced engine maintenance workscopes and their by reducing the total cost of Engine operation & maintenance to customer as well as to Rolls Royce. Also deals with Technical Variance acceptance process for Rolls-Royce Civil Aeroengine family.

On-Aircraft Maintenance Experience Experience on following Boeing 737 & 757 aircrafts maintenance:

1. To carry out Daily Inspection, transit, 100 hour & 500 hour checks.

2. To carry out C-checks (2 yearly inspection).

3. To trouble shoot the snags using trouble shoot manual or FIM.
