PKTBA is No.1 pipeline valve repair and testing company in Russia in terms of production volume. Strong position of the PKTBA on the market is the result of continuous creative work of several generations. Today the company employs over 500 specialists.

PKtBa has placed its facilities on an area of 11,508 м², which includes a new manufacturing shop opened in May 2007. Production facilities exceed 200 items of equipment.

RETROSPECT:The company dates back to 1962. At that time, PKTBA was

a Penza affi liate of leningrad central Valves Design Offi ce and one of the leading valve designer for oil & gas industry, chemical plants, missiles and submarines, and manufacturer of equipment for valve production. PKTBA's experts were the USSR fi rst specialists who started commercial production of pipeline valve repair and testing equipment.

Over 60 talented engineers have been working at the PKTBA design department since the 1980's. Our products are developed by highly skilled experts using the KOMPAS-3D professional three-dimensional simulation system, which allows us to continuously upgrade and modify our range of products line and provide the customers with up-to-date innovative ideas.

In the 1990's, unlike many other manufacturers, PKTBA reorganized its Service section into an independent Department, which allowed us to promptly conduct equipment servicing, installation supervision, and Customer personnel training.

In 1999, it was decided to provide the PKTBA equipment, which is no longer produced, with lifetime technical support and spare parts supply.

In 2007, a new production shop was put into operation and is now equipped with state-of-the-art processing facilities haRDinG talent (USa).

external surfaces of pipeline valves.

EQUIPMENT ADVANTAgES:Cleaning is performed in enclosed space. No conditions to be created and maintained are required.(Such as process areas, premises for valves and fittings cleaning).High performance, ten times higher cleaning speed comparing to metal brush treatment.De-aeration and dusted air cleaning system allows emission of the cleaned air right to the process premises.The product applies low cost consumables comparing with many of non-Russian analogues. EQUIPMENT ADVANTAgES:The mechanism of transverse oscillations of the electrode ensures single-pass deposition over the entire width of the sealing surface with the welding current not exceeding 500 A.The coordinate device allows us to fix the welding-deposited parts in three coordinates (tilt angle and location along the x and y axes). The machine for welding deposition in a shielding gas atmosphere is fitted out with forced cooling of the welding unit and a set of water-cooled welding burners with uniform connectors. This significantly improves the tool service life and reduces demand for fast wearing parts. The control system of the welding-deposition machines is based on an industrial controller for programmable specifying of the deposition parameters. In this case, the personnel qualification requirements are minimized and the quality-critical deposition regimes are stabilized by the feedback technology.All machines can either be designed for welding deposition in an atmosphere of shielding gas or under flux or have general-purpose modification. PURPOSE:• the rail trolleys are designed for transportation of various loads along horizontal rectilinear and curvilinear rail tracks.

EQUIPMENT ADVANTAgES:The trolleys are useful to connect the areas covered by cargo cranes. They can work outdoors and perform transportation outside the operation area of the crane.The modules are operation and maintenance friendly.
