All prices are exclusive of GST @ 18%, as applicable (subject to change as per the government policies).

Balance payment by 15th December, 2020

Application to Participate:Application to participate will be considered only if the same is submitted at the Convention secretariat on the company letterhead or communicated from the ofcial company Email ID, clearly mentioning the sponsorship respective company is interested in. This application has to be submitted along with 50% of the sponsorship amount. Balance shall be transferred to the Convention account not later than 15th December, 2020.

Cancellations are to be made in writing (on company's letterhead) or by Email. 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancelled before 15th December, 2020, after which there will be no entitlement for any refund.

Withdrawal/ Cancellation:

Important Notice:Ÿ Only registered exhibitors/ industry representatives are entitled to free access to the Convention venue.

Sponsor / Exhibition conrmed are NON TRANSFERABLE.

In the event of the entire exhibition having to be cancelled, postponed or curtailed due to any unforeseen reason beyond the organisers' control, including but not limited to Force Majeure, Earthquake, Acts of God, Terrorism Acts, War, Strikes, Political Unrest, etc., then the organisers' cannot accept the liability for any claim for damages and/ or losses whatsoever.

Ÿ The Organising Committee will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any bookings transactions undertaken by the sponsor/ exhibitor.

The Organising Committee declines any responsibility with regard to damage/ losses that may be caused to the exhibited material/ equipment for any reason whatsoever. Each sponsor/ exhibitor agrees to be responsible for its property & person/ employees/ agents through full comprehensive insurance with a reputable insurance company.

Ÿ Companies wanting to import equipment or consumable for exhibition purpose should inform the Convention Secretariat at the time of booking to enable us to obtain International Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) approval & assist with the preferred freight partner details.

Insurance:

Event Cancellation Clause:

Ÿ Space will be provided on rst come rst serve basis. All exhibitors/ sponsors are subject to the approval of the Organising Committee.

Ÿ The sponsor/exhibitor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels and other areas of the venue. In case of any such damage, the sponsor/exhibitor will have to indemnify the Organizers for the same.

Ÿ Appointed Electrical Contractor will execute all electrical connections inside the stall and other areas. The sponsors / exhibitors are required to intimate the organizers in writing on the additional points required by them at least 30 days in advance. Please note all extra points/connections would be charged on Pro-rata basis.

Ÿ The Organising Committee reserve the right to change the dates & venue of exhibition/ Convention in case of unavoidable circumstances.
