LinkedIn can help assess supply and demand for talent across healthcare professions

LinkedIn Recruiter activity and member data are used to measure supply of and demand for talent

Higher demand index means that professionals in the healthcare space are receiving more contact from recruiters than their peers on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn data indicates that talent in certain markets are not currently being contacted by recruiters as frequently as their peers in other regions. Approaching candidates in these ‘untapped resource’ markets could put you ahead of your competition.

LinkedIn Recruiter is a tool that allows you to view any profile on LinkedIn, find the right talent faster and stock your talent pool.

Adelaide is where it’s atSouth Australia’s capital is an ‘untapped’ region

Unsurprisingly, talent is concentrated in Australian metropolitan areas where there is a high supply and a high demand.

If you’re looking for hard to find talent, consider looking for your candidates in the ‘untapped’ region of Adelaide which has a high supply but low demand for healthcare professionals.
