DENE MENZEL is a #1 Best Selling Author, Musician

and Entrepreneur based in Melbourne, Victoria.

performing arts company and three reputable pop

choirs in Melbourne, Australia, Dene published

Australia in 2014. Dene is also creator and Musical Director

Songwriting Awards. Dene now brings her skills to the corporate world, to

DAVID SMALL is a Multi-Talented Musician

and Comedic Actor who has been performing

both locally and internationally for over 20

years, including tours throughout Europe,

America and the Hawaiian Islands.

He currently plays and teaches over 10

instruments including Guitar, Bass, Saxophone,

Trumpet, Flute & Ukulele, and has been known to

combine all instruments at once on stage through

the wonders of technology and musical looping... quite an

ambidexterous sight!  As a professional MC, David has hosted countless

weddings, corporate functions and product launches where his

incorporation of tailor made, lyrical & musical comedy is a hysterical

variation from the norm.  David brings to VYB his unique comedy, music,

acting & performing talent to make yours an incredibly memorable event

that will be sung about in your company halls for years to come.

EVENT OUTCOMES

In order to be successful in this event, teams will be required to:

Work together in their respective groups to brainstorm words to describe their event

theme, as well as to combine their strengths and various levels of skills towards an

end performance

Manage their team to highlight strengths which will assist them to achieve their goals

Motivate each other, and assist each other to create the best result

Just like the components of a smooth running machine, to be successful, individuals

within the business must work effectively as a unit towards a singular goal. By knowing

what can be achieved from a set goal, the team is then anchored by a sole corporate

purpose and together they are motivated and united to create a successful result. With

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before The Day

A member of our Team will contact you to discuss with you your event goals. In the lead

up to the event we will require you to complete a detailed questionnaire so that we can

better understand your company, mission statement, and your corporate culture, as well

as specific information so that we can personalise your event. We will also provide you

with a detailed event itinerary so that you know how the show will run.

On The Day

The group is taken through a fun warm up - mingling, playing and laughing and getting

ready to experience team building in a new and totally fun way. The warmup is excellent

for getting the endorphins flowing and getting everybody in a receptive mood.

The group is then divided into subgroups to brainstorm word clouds that reinforce the

company’s chosen theme for the event, to then create lyrics for a corporate anthem. With

the help of our resident musicians, music is applied to the lyrics, and together the group

learn and rehearse what they have created. Participants can opt to sing, or play an

instrument to contribute to the performance of the song.

All participants are encouraged to capture their day on social media as part of their

participation to keep the event fun and social. The session turns out to be a hugely

inspiring and creative experience which concludes with an energised group performance

of your corporate anthem.

After The Event In the weeks following your event you will be contacted by a member of your team for

your organisation’s feedback. We also use this as an opportunity to present your company

with your final product - a professional sound recording and video recording which can be used

by your company for promotion or as a fantastic visual and aural boost of motivation within the

workplace anytime you wish to use it.

TEAM BRANTHEM

Team Branthem can be tailored to suit

small groups of 8-10 people and can

scale as large as 500-1000 participants.

The experience is designed for any age

and level of musical ability - even

absolute beginners.

Events are priced on size and duration of

the experience and are an initial guide. A

final price can be offered after

completing a quotation request

(attached at end of brief) once we have

more information about your company.

We understand that your company will

not only just have a vision in mind for

different time constraints, and budgets,

EVENT OPTIONS Mini Team Branthem Boost

Specially designed for smaller groups, VYB Mini Team Branthem Boosts

run for a maximum of 2 hours. The perfect boost to kickstart your team in

the morning begins with a meet and greet, followed by some fun team

games, a lyric brainstorming session and the performance of your Team

Branthem.

Ultimate Team Branthem

Perfect for larger groups, VYB Ultimate Team Branthem Challenge can run

for a minimum of 4 hours with a break in between or as a 2 day resort

package at the resort of your choice. Including a meet and greet, fun

mingling games, creation of groups, brainstorm session and the creation

and performance of your Team Branthem.

Battle of the Team Branthems

Perfect for larger groups, VYB Battle of the Team Branthems Challenge

runs for a minimum of 4 hours with a break in between or as a 2 day resort

package at the resort of your choice. Including a meet and greet, fun

mingling games, creation of groups, brainstorm session and the creation

and performance of your Team Branthem.

Team Branthem Conference

Perfect for fundraisers, awards/gala nights and conferences, Team

Branthem Conference is your way to add a unique stamp to your event.

With a personally written anthem based on your brand, message, or

theme, the VYB team will make sure you have the emotive response you

want for your event. Available as either a once off song to kickstart your

event or as part of an entertainment package including Acoustic Duo or 5

Piece band providing the music for the rest of the evening.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

Voice Your Brand Branthem events are ideally held on company premises

except for our 2 day Luxury Resort Challenges which are booked at the

nominated resort location.

To hold the event on your premises, you must have a conference space or

hall to cater for the number of attendees, including adequate seating, plus

additional space to make room for music, and sound and video recording

equipment.

The conference space ideally should have a minimum of 3 power outlets

plus a digital projector and screen/wall.

Don't have a suitable space? No worries. For all events, hire of an external

venue or minimum required equipment (eg chairs/digital projector) can

be organised as part of your event and can be added on as an optional

extra for your event should you not meet the minimum requirements, or

want to take your team building event to the next level of wow!

FAQS

Do I have to sing?

There are many ways to contribute to your team’s result. Singing your

team’s anthem is one of them, but not everyone gravitates towards a

microphone. Some are better with rhythm and this can be done through

clapping, or drumming on a bongo. Others may be better with words and

will contribute to lyrics. The goal is to create together, honing in on the

strengths of the team to provide a successful result.

How long will the song go for?

Don’t worry - it won’t run as long as American Pie! As a rough guide, two

verses and two choruses which should roughly be a 2.5 minute song, with

any adjustments to structure assisted by the VYB Team.

What are the terms and conditions regarding deposit, booking

adjustments?

All terms regarding booking terms and conditions will be outlined in

writing during the initial application process before any bookings are

applied for.

What happens if the numbers attending change?

All terms regarding booking terms and conditions will be provided in the

initial application form.

Do you do after business hour/weekend events?

Should your company not be able to hold an event during business hours

(Monday to Friday) please contact us to discuss alternative options which

may be available.

What format will we receive our final product?

You can opt to receive a digital file or DVD/CD of your final product when

you complete the online application form.
