RESOLVED that Parliament approve the publication in the Offi cial Gazette

of a notifi cation under section 9(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, Cap. 228 declaring

the abandonment of the compulsory acquisition of the parcel of land together with

the buildings thereon situate at Mason Hall Street in the parish of St. Michael in

this Island by Resolution No. 8/2011 as described in the Schedule hereto.
