Its absolutely amazing to see the breath of activities taken up by VRT 77.

I congratulate you on your leadership through the year as well as Ramayya for

being a terrific secretary of the Table.

I was a sure pleasure visiting Vizag and spending time with all the Tablers of 77.

It was a sure joy to be present at the Parents Day Meeting of your Table as well as

the visit to the old age home. I thank you for the wonderful hospitality extended

to me. Vizag continues to be one of the strongest Tables in the country and your

commitment to various Tabling activities is exemplary. You have embraced

nearly every facet of the movement and implemented it in style. I wish you all the

very best as you continue your journey.

I congratulate Tr. Naveen Perla for his participation at the National Leadership

Conclave – Enigma as well as his wonderful efforts towards relief work during the

Assam Floods.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tr. Deepak Menda, NST for the year

and pillar of support and strength not just to me personally but to all the Tablers

across the country. He has worked hard, performing way beyond want is known

to be the role of a National Secretary Treasurer and participated in every aspect

of the movement. Thank you Deepak!

Raghu – I wish you all the best as you taken on the responsibility of the National

Table Talk Editor. It’s a great place to be with loads of responsibility and

expectation from the Floor. Im sure you will match up to every expectation.

The beauty of our organization is our fast pace and transiency. Each day the sun

has to set with an assurance that it will rise again. I wish the new Team all the

very best

Message from Tr.Kishore, Area Chairman, Area 9

Dear Friends at VRT 77,

This message brings you warm greetings from the Area Board.

This was a good year in the able leadership of chairman Tr. Raghu.

It was a pleasure to be your area chairman for the year 2012-2013 and would like

to thank team VRT 77 for the support that they had extended to me during my

tenure as Area Chairman.

I had the honour of Having Sq Leg Aanand Khara as the Honorary Tabler Area 9

and I thank him for being there for me all the time.

I thank Sq Leg Hari Krishna for being there on my board and his encouraging

words

I also had the pleasure of having Tr.Shashank (JAI RAK SHASH FAME!!!) on my

board as the news @ 9 editor. His and Akshay’s enthusiasm and their dedication

to their work has given us a fantastic first issue and I keenly await the receipt of

the 2nd issue.

VRT 77 has always come forward to help in times of need . I congratulate the

President’s star Tr.Naveen Perla for all his work at Assam. And also

congratulations to Dr.Suresh for the 30 cleft lip operations.

RTI will always remember the generous contribution of Rupees Three Lakhs to the

Uttarkhand Relief Fund. A Special Thanks to Ameet for the same.RTI and RT

Singapore will also never forget VRT 77 , for their contribution in forming the 2

tables in Singapore. I extend a hearty congratulations to VRT 77 for this

achievement and also a special thanks to Tr.Shiva Perla who was present along

side me at the inauguration. Thanks shiva.

VRT 77 came forward to Host the TTT in Vizag and the Spark team is creating

ripples all across the country. Thanks to Sandeep chou for all his efforts in making

the event what it was!!!

VRT 77 has always given the Area and the national boards fantastic leaders ,

leaders who we all look upto. Names of 2 tablers which come to my mind right

now are Ameet and Deepak (the BIG MAN OF RTI!!!!).

Ameet, you rub off your energies on everyone (ME DEFINITELY) .the result is

amazing fellowships happened all over the country and especially in Area 9 and I

hope you are happy with what we gave you as a National Fellowship convenor.

You were busy distributing hats , but honestly hats off to you for giving us such a

fantastic year as a NFC. Also thanks a ton for hosting all the visiting tablers of

Hyderabad at your house for the santa party.

Deepak, your commitment is some thing else, is at a different level all together. I

personally cannot match up to you brother!!! You were the back bone at the WAH

INDIA!!! Wishing you all the best for the coming years and yes, please send the

logo that was supposed to be put out side my house!!!

The Jai Rak SHASH team has done a fantastic job this year. Thanks friends for

everything, especially for the Sholay Social hosted by Tr.Jaydeep which was the

fellowship basket exchange.

Secy Ramayya , has done very well as the secretary of the table and i wish to see

him climb up the ladder @ RTI.

Congratulations to Team VRT 77 for a fantastic Strings event.Looking forward to

seeing you all IN 100% at the Area AGM in Hyderabad.

Here’s wishing the incoming chairman , Tr.Umesh ,all the best – in whose capable

and experienced hands , am sure , the table will reach even greater

CHAIRMAN'S REPORT

If the cruising altitude of a flight can be measured in terms of years, here I am the

pilot cruising at 30 years of altitude in an auto pilot mode on the VRT-77 airlines.

Friends, fellow tablers, Sq.legs and all the lovely ladies,

VRT-77 has been in an auto pilot mode for the past few years, this I believe is the

hard work of each one of us and the guidance of the past chairmen who led the

table in the right glorious path to this day where we are basking in the glory of all

the good work we had done in the years that have gone by.

This year as a chairman, it was an easy task for me cruising at this altitude in an

auto pilot mode mindful of the fact that a great responsibility lies on my shoulders

if there is a rough patch of weather, some technical malfunction, etc where I have

to steer the course of this flight to safety and still maintain that glorious path which

we were going on.

Thanks to each one of you great conveners we had some amazing moments in

most tabling facets this year. By far the most satisfying being the fellowship at

VRT-77 for which we are widely known. Thank you Jay Rakh Sash team for the

wonderful time we had this year.

A community service project has seen real great heights this year. Project Assam,

RTI week celebrations, cleft lip surgeries, raising funds for Uttarakhand, Flights of

Fantasy and the kind donation of money for the FTE project of VVRT 213 through

VRT-77 by Mrs.Dadlani. A big thank you to Naveen, Ameet and Suresh. Please

take a bow!!! Naveen I wish you all the best for your future tabling endeavours.

HRD…What do I need to say about this facet?? We always did well and yes we did

well this year too. We hosted the national event TTT this year at Vizag, which was

highly talked about in tabling circles. We are now proud that we have 5 RTI

trainers in our table. Thank you Shrawan for your support through the year.

We had our fair share of leadership on the area and national boards this year.

Congratulations Ameet and Deepak for your good job as the NFC and NST

respectively. Congratulations Shashank for the wonderful job you have done as

the area magazine editor this year.

On the extension front, we had two inductions at the starting of the year and we

had the charter of two international tables at Singapore, another first for VRT-77. I

thank each and every tabler and Sq.leg who encouraged us to go ahead with the

joint chartering of these tables.

Twinklers activities have been on a real high this year… we had some amazing

events for them apart from celebrating each and every kids birthday. Thank you

Sandeep and Sangeeta for all the work through the year. And thank you Sandeep

for the beautiful edition of our magazine PEARL this year.

Publicity was good this year, we had the major event STRINGS which gave us

good mileage in the media apart from our RTI week celebrations, Ganesha goes

green and the Uttarakhand relief measures. A big thank you to Sq.leg Ravindra

for giving us this opportunity to be a part of STRINGS. The table blog had been

rocking this year albeit it was started mid way through the year; it’s the sheer

passion of this guy…Sandeep Chitra who went on to post almost 50 blog posts in 6

months. Sandeep please take a bow!!!

We saw some meticulous work on the Supply house front this year. Keep up the

good work Inder, I am sure you will rock as the incoming secretary.

On the IRO front we had the Wah India which had been attended by a few of our

tablers apart from a few of our tablers travelling abroad who exchanged pins and

pleasantries with international tablers. Our own Deepak was at the helm of affairs

as the treasurer of Wah India. Thanks Deepak for your support through the year

and wishing you all the best for your year as the National Vice president of RTI.

Thank you Devesh,Diwakar, Rajesh, Shiva, Utkarsh and Abhishek for all the

support you guys gave me through the year.

And…my Co-pilots Ramayya and Samir…all this would not have been possible

through this year without you guys. You guys deserve more than a bow!!! Am sure

next year you both guys will rock as ever and do us all proud. Super Secretary for

3 quarters and all the accolades we had seen from tablers across RTI for his

meticulous minutes and reports all bang on time speaks volumes about the

dedication of this secretary, you sure are keeping up the tradition and the flag of

77 flying high. Samir, thanks to you and your meticulousness and your unstinted

hard work that never did we have a single financial glitch. You guys are the best I

could have asked for.

And Umesh, thanks for the support and I wish you all the best for the coming year

and my fullest support for whatever need that may arise.

My sincere thanks to HT. Ravindra and Kiran. Thanks for all the encouragement

and guidance you gentlemen had given me through the year. I sincerely thank

my mentors Sq.legs. Aanand bhaiyya, Sisir, Novi, Murali and Manley I couldn’t

have asked for anything better than you guys.

Thank you all wonderful ladies for the ever smiling faces and the utmost love you

have showered on me as the chairman for the year.

I thank all the area and national board members for their constant guidance and

support through the year.

And finally I thank my family for their unstinted and unhindered support they had

given me through the year.

Yes, as the year drew close..we did ASPIRE to do a lot of good work and I am sure

we did INSPIRE quite a few tables and tablers across the country.

29th AGM Minutes held on the 21st July 2012 at the Park

Hotel, Visakhapatnam.

CALLING THE MEETING TO ORDER :

The Chairman Tr.Ameet Mirpuri after establishing the required quorum, called

the continuous meeting number 706 and 2nd of the tabling year and the 29th AGM

to order with a toast to the President Republic of India and Sponsor Table VRT 68.

ATTENDANCE :

We had a very good attendance for the 29th AGM. We had Sq.Legs Monish Row,

Vijay Atmakuri , Adeep, Rajiv Dhawan, Prem Mirpuri, Vipin, D.S.Anand , Aanand

khara , Y.V.Hari Krishna, Prem Patro, RV Prasad, Ravindra, Murali, Srinivas

Reddy, Sisir, Anand Dutt, Sudershan Swamy were present at the AGM along with

their ladies.

Among Ladies Manjeera , Manasa , Hyma , Sujata , Reena , Sukreeta , Neelambari

, Rajani , Kavita Khara , Kavita Mundra , Sunita Agarwal , Pinki , Jayti Khara , Nidhi

, Sangeeta were present there.

We had Tablers from WRT 92, tablers from VVRT213 and tablers from VKRT 225

in good numbers attending the AGM.

Apart from the above we also had two prospects Mr.Abhishek Nayak and

Mr.Inder along with Anisha Patro and Anita attending the AGM.

AGM Notice:

The Secretary Tr. Sandeep Chitra read the notice for the 29th annual general

meeting of VRT 77.

Reading of Aims and Objectives:

The tablers read out the Aims and Objectives of Round Table India following

Tr.Diwakar Mundra. Tr.Sandeep Choudhari sang the RTI song and all present

there recited along with him.

Appointment of Sergeant-at-Arms for the day:

Tr.Shrawan Somani and Tr.Naveen Perla were appointed as the Sergeant-at-arms

for the day.

Confirmation of the minutes of the 28th AGM was taken up for adoption and the

same was proposed by Tr.Shashank Dutt and was seconded by Tr.Sandeep

Choudhari

Submission of Accounts:

The treasurer Tr.Umesh Padia presented the audited accounts for the year 2011-

12. The same was proposed by Tr.Shiva Perla seconded by Tr.Samir Khara .

Induction of New Members :

The chairman Tr.Ameet introduced the first prospect Mr.Abhishek Nayak.

The second prospect Mr.Inder was introduced by Tr.Dr.Raghu.

Mr.Abhishek Nayak was inducted into the movement by the NST Tr.Deepak

Menda and Mr.Inder was inducted by the AVC, area 9 Tr.Kishore.

Felicitation of Retiring tablers:

The hardest part of any AGM which nobody likes is the felicitation of retiring

tablers. It was time for one of the vibrant Tabler who spent 10 years of Tabling

was about to retire from the 77 Family. Tr.Dharmaraju Cheruku famously known

as Kiran / King Uncle. Tr.Shrawan in his style spoke about Tr.Kiran and his tabling

career.

Tr.Kiran then addressed the gathering with an emotional speech recollecting all

the wonderful times he had with VRT 77. He said that the AGM “Satte Pe Satte”

was the highlight of the year which got together the table so well. Not to forget

the tough times he faced during the 2006 NAGM at Mumbai which he still cannot

forget. “Little Genius Club” and “First Smile” which was started in the 1st year of

his chairmanship , two new tables which were inaugurated in his 2nd year of

chairmanship and many more are few of the best which he recollected. He also

said that the journey with the tabling family has been full of ups and down but at

the end of the day he is a happy person with lot of friends across RTI.

He thanked everyone who made his journey so colorful and in specific his wife

Manjeera for all the help she extended in his tabling life and in specific the two

years of chairmanship which was the highlight. He also thanked Tr.Ameet for

waiting for one year for his turn at chairmanship which actually helped Tr.Kiran to

have one extended year in RTI as Tabler.

A Presentation was also screened recollecting all the wonderful moments of Kiran

with the 77 family.

On completion of his address, Tr.Shrawan and Reena performed a dance which

was dedicated to him. Later even Tr.Kiran and Manjeera also danced to entertain

the crowd.

The Chairman then presented the plaque received from the National board for

retiring tablers.

Presentation of the Annual report:

The secretary Tr. Sandeep Chitra presented the annual report for the year 2011-

12. The same was adopted following a proposal by Tr.Dr.Raghu and seconded by

Before proceeding to the presentation of awards, Tr.Ameet requested Tr.Kishore,

Chairman Tr.Ameet Mirpuri then presented mementoes to each and every tabler

of VRT-77 along with their wives. He also presented the mementoes’ to all the

HT’s and special invitees also.

The 100 % Attendance award was presented to Tr.Dr.Raghu , Tr.Sandeep

Choudhari , Tr.Sandeep Chitra and Tr.Kiran.

Address by the Outgoing Chairman

Tr.Ameet addressed the gathering by first recognizing Tr.Deepak, Chief Guest

and Tr.Kishore, AVC Area 9 followed by all the Tablers, Sq Legs, Ladies and other

Tablers from 92, 213 and 225. His address was as follows:

A year ago just before I stepped up to this chair I was a bit nervous and edgy

about how things would turn out . Would I be able to live up to my lineage.To the

expectations.Today. I'm elated. I'm super excited. To be standing here amongst

people I honestly do love!

I learnt and realized from one of the hrs at a round table event. Whatever you may

do in life and in tabling, it is ultimately the intent that counts! If your intent is good

and to do good then there is nothing that will come in your way that can be called

an obstacle! It can just be called learning.

And I believe that we have done just that.We .My head table.just went out there

with a good intent and had fun!!! Yes. It's been a great learning this year as

Chairman of Vizag Round Table 77!

Many plans were made before we started and many plans were changed while

we were on this journey of 2011-2012! Eager beavers that we were, we made sure

we struck a balance between all the facets we didn't want to do too much nor too

little. And now when we look back at the year gone by. We are happy!!!

Happy to have been able to hold up the flag of Round Table India to everyone we

met and tell them what we do.Whether it was with cricketer robin Singh.at a

Germany meets Mumbai tourism meet or at the Vizag tourism festival in front of

65000 people.

Happy to have held up the respect of our 41ers and made sure they come up to us

today and proudly pat our backs.

Happy to have our tablers, ladies and twinklers turn the page back and say. What

a fun and meaningful year that was. 140 non tiring fellowships and some of the

best socials we've had in a long time.

Happy to see the smiles on the faces of ALL the special children who's lives we

touched this year!!!. 76 Lakh rupees were raised and spent on wonderful causes.

14 classrooms built under the freedom through education scheme including a

dream green school project educating 600 children every year from now on. 130

children treated for cleft lips and many many more small and big initiatives.and

then there's this baby.our recently acquired .first ever international award - the

Asia pacific award for best fellowship table. I think it just says it all. ;)

Sandeep and Sangeeta .Fellowship couple. 100% attendance

Umesh and Shikha. Mr. Money bags. Always knew when t keep me in track. We

all know how good I am at accounts ;)

Rakesh and Lakshmi.Meticulous . Ladies and gentlemen they are also . My choice

for favourite couple of 2011-12

Raghuand Sunita . Thank you for all that you’ve done,. That you’ve organized and

that you’ve executed. And I know Sunita was always with us in spirit. 100%

attendance

Kiran . What can one say to someone who wants to take the bullet for you every

single time any untoward incident would take place. His first line would be let me

play bad cop. You step back! . I can only say I love you my darling .And Manjeera

without you. My life and our tablers lives would just be a dull day everyday. He

also windups the 100% attendance

Devesh and Nithishree. Always there for me with an ear and a hand.When I

needed someone to just listen. He was there.Their infectious laugh.

Deepak and Suku. What can I say about 2 of my closest friends. Always by my

side . Even if not by each other's ;)

Naveen And Manasa . Behind All that wit and laughter I found a guy who I could

trust that if a job was given. He would find out exactly how to do it and do it!

Suresh And Haritha.Always on the camera and looking through the lens.Captured

every moment so beautifully. Winner of the national photography competition of

rti

Shrawan and Reena.Those small nuances. Those small nudges helped me do

better. And shrawan and Reena were right there for me every time I needed them

for any bit of advice, help, service.

Diwakar And Kavita. This is one guy who was like my Candy man. Anytime a new

initiative would be taken up. I'd receive a small gift of encouragement And a pat

on the back saying 'well done' . Diwakar you don't know how much that meant to

me.

Shashank. Un relenting in his co-ordination . This guy is there in spirit and in

presence for every single activity. Probably for some that even I wasn't present

at.

Jaideep and Sujata. Your positive energy brings vibrancy to our events always

and we hope you continue to rock it in your new avatar of fellowship next year.

Rajesh and Sunita.Always vibrant with energy and surprisingly a family man.

Always ready to back up any great fellowship activity

Ramayya and Hyma. This tall guy has more heart than a lot of us do. Ever smiling

and always happy to help. Congratulations as you don a new post.

Shiva . Even though your so far away you still managed to be around whenever

we needed you.whether it was in vizag or in Hyderabad.

Utkarsh and Neelambari. We've felt your omnipresence this year and we love

having you guys around. Thank you for being the first to contribute to the flood

relief in Orissa. And thank you for joining in the fun.

Inder and Anita . Very soon you will understand the kind of bonding we share and

become a part of it. We welcome you with open arms.

Aanand and Kavita. My fondest memory of the year is when I see the both of you

together at the cob. Oh boy love was in the air. Thank you for being the key in

executing the vas ant Bala project.

Novi . Your presence and demeanor have brought a breezy and fun and mad

touch to the year that only you could have brought.

Monish and sweetie. What would I do without you guys. Your social will always be

remembered as one of the finest moments of the year. And I'm sure everyone will

agree .

Hari anna and Hema.Right from raising Money at the area agm to publicising rti at

a huge event to pulling the political strings for us when we needed it. You've

always been there 100% for every activity and every cause we stood for!

Mom and Dad . What can I say to you both. It's because of you that I'm standing

here. That just says it all.

Kishore . I promise you my full support for your year as area chairman with lights,

camera action! Thank you for being here .

Samir and Jaythi. Does one really have to say what this guy has done. Ladies and

To my secretary. Like his wife says. We've done it all except that. Believe me

Rajini. You don't wanna know ;) he was like the execute button on my laptop. All i

needed was an idea and he would be on me in a jiffy to make sure my lazy ass

executed it. You completed me. I could NOT have done this without you! 100%

attendance .

And after my Oscar winning speech I will put down my mike so you guys don't

beat me with a stick and . And for the tenth time this year I'll say it again.If it's not

Address by the Incoming Chairman:

The Chairman Tr.Dr.Raghu Yelavarti addressed the gathering and announced his

theme for the year “Aspiring to Inspire”. Tr.Dr.Raghu addressed as follows :

Phew!!! This seems really really heavy. This jewel.

But I am happy that not only my 2 shoulders will be carrying it. I have 44

shoulders in the form of the supreme 77 floor to carry the endeavors of 77 forward

this year for more glorious moments.

I seek the support and blessings from each one of you to keep the flag of 77 flying

high as ever.

Congratulations IPC Ameet; what a fantastic year we had under you. And it was an

honour to have received the Jewel from you.

Nomination of Honorary tablers 2012-13:

The chairman Tr.Dr.Raghu Yelavarti appointed Sq.Leg.Dharmaraju Cheruku and

Sq.Leg.Ravindra as the honorary tablers for the year 2012-13.

Presentation of the Budget for 2012-13:

The treasurer Tr.Samir Khara proposed the budget for the year 2012-13 and was

seconded by Tr. Diwakar Mundra.

Appointment of Bankers and Auditors for 20012-13 :

Tr.Samir Khara proposed the name of M/S MOHAN & MIRPURI as the auditors and

M/S IDBI BANK LTD, Siripuram Branch , Visakhapatnam as the bankers for the

year 2012-13. It was seconded by Tr.Shrawan and Tr.Shashank respectively.

Resolution authorizing office bearers to operate the bank accounts:

A Resolution was passed authorizing the concerned office bearers to operate the

bank accounts for the year 2012-13. The resolution said that the signature of the

treasurer was mandatory along with the signature of either the chairman or the

secretary.It was proposed by Tr.Shrawan and seconded by Tr.Sandeep

Choudhari.

Address by the Chief Guest / Area Observer:

Tr.Deepak congratulated Tr.Ameet for the wonderful year leading VRT77 and

wished Tr.Dr.Raghu with best of luck for the year ahead.

Tr.Kishore recollected all the good work done by VRT 77 starting from Area

AGM, First Smile , Sexy Santa Social , Cricket tournament , 140 plus fellowships ,

FTE Vasant Bala School , Go Green Initiatives, Charter of VKRT 225 , 700th meet

and so forth. He congratulated Tr.Ameet for completion of successful year and

wished him with best of luck for the NFC 2012-13. He also wished Tr.Dr.Raghu,

Chairman for the year ahead and assured full support from Area 9 board.

Tr.Shashank : Thanked all the Sq.Legs for the continuous support for him for the

last years.

Sq.Leg Ravindra : Congratulated Tr.Ameet for completion of successful year and

happiness on behalf of the 41ers club.

Sergeant-at-arms:

The sergeants for the day entertained everybody with their excellent act and

collected a total amount of Rs.66,200/- which includes a contribution of Rs.9500/-

from the Sq.Legs , Rs. 5000 from VKRT 225 , rs. 5000 from VVRT 213 , Rs.6000 from

WRT 92 and Rs. 1000 from Tr.Kishore,AVC Area 9.

Vote of thanks:

Tr.GVS Ramayya, the secretary thanked the Area observer Tr.Kishore visiting

tablers, Sq.legs and the ladies for attending the AGM and making it a huge

success. He also thanked all the Tablers who came forward to host the AGM. He

thanked Tr.Shrawan Somani AGM convener and Tr.Naveen Perla AGM co

convener for the excellent arrangements. And finally thanked the staff and

management of Park Hotel.

SECRETARY’S REPORT :- Tr.GVS Ramayya

It gives me immense pleasure to stand in front of all of you here and address the

gathering as a Secretary of VRT-77.

Exactly one year back , when I took the decision of taking up the secretary post ;

it was not so convincing for me whether I took the correct decision or not. People

from all quarters have raised questions whether I would be able to match the

standards of my successors. Today I am a happy man to prove them all wrong.

Describing 365 days of action is the toughest task. In a nut shell; it was 24

meetings, 5450 photos, 197 events, 18 reports and lots of bonding with tabling

fraternity. As always every facet of tabling was very well handled by all the

conveners and the promptness in their reporting made my job very easy in

compiling the minutes and sending it across to all the tables across RTI. I would

like to thank all the conveners whose unconditional support and strength made

my job easy and valuable.

It has been a wonderful year for me on the tabling and on the personal front. I still

remember the very first day, asking Chairman Tr.Dr.Raghu on how to insert

borders in MS word. Today only because of Tabling my writing skills,

presentation skills have improved immensely and also had the opportunity to

become an RTI Trainer. On the personal front, it’s been a fantastic year for me

with addition taking place in my family.

Before I take you all to the journey of VRT-77 for the year gone by, I would like to

thank HT Kiran for making me believe that I could do secretary-ship,

Sq.Leg.Aanand Khara and Tr.Deepak for their timely guidance, Tr.Sandeep

Chitra for extending all the help required when it mattered the most and last but

not least Tr.Dr.Raghu for not only being my Chairman but also being my mentor

and holding my hand and safe guarding me just like a ELDER BROTHER.

Administration at VRT-77

During this year all practices have been carried out as per the guidelines laid out

in the blue book of RTI.

Meetings:

On the Administration front, regular meetings have been held. A total of 24

meetings were held in this year. We had 2 jointmeeting this year one with VVRT-

213 on the occasion of SEVEN, Area 9 AGM. Notices for the meetings were given

well inadvance and they usually started on time. The stipulated quorum for the

meetings was strictly adhered to.

Attendance:

Attendance in the year was satisfactory as far as the meetings were concerned,

with an average attendance of 80% and 3 Tablers had an attendance of 100%

without credits and 9 tablers had a 100% attendance with credits. We had good

attendance of tablers in meetings of other tables also.

Communication with the NEX and AEX:

Communication channels with the NEX and AEX have been maintained on a

regular basis, all the minutes of the meetings were sent within 24 hours after the

conclusion of the meetings. All the Communications being received from the

NEX, AEX and other tables were sent to the tablers via the email on a regular

basis.

Minutes were sent across the NEX, AEX, all the Area Chairmen and all the

Secretaries in India.

All the Convener reports were sent on a monthly basis to the concerned National,

Area Conveners & Table Secretaries all over the Country.

I sincerely thank the Chairman and my fellow Tablers for their wonderful support

throughout the year.

July 12th:

The 41ers AGM was conducted at “The Oyster”, Waltair Club which was attended

by heads. It’s always a pleasure to meet the Sq.legs who always share loads of

information of the journey of formation of VRT 77. All the tablers who attended the

AGM had a wonderful time with party going on till wee hours.

July 13th till July 15th:

13 is considered as the unluckiest number for many across the globe. But it was

the luckiest day for the bunch of 11 people from Vizag who were travelling to

Mumbai to witness the gala event.

The celebrations continued with Tr.Deepak taking charge as NST 2012-13 and

Tr.Ameet Mirpuri , National Fellowship Convener from VRT 77 and Tr.Vishnu Hari

Daga , Greeting Cards Convener from VVRT 213. These three guys have made it

large in the year 2012-13 by representing at the highest level of RTI.

On the return to Vizag , we were welcomed by all our members at the airport to

greet the Chairman Tr.Ameet for not only taking charge as National Fellowship

Convener but also for winning for the first ever award for VRT 77. Kudos to team

VRT 77.

July 17th

Tr.Sandeep invited the entire table to his residence for much needed get

together which was truly enjoyed with different varieties of snacks and desserts.

Attended by a very good number and had a very good time.

July 21st

“Kya Socha Kya Hua” – The 29th AGM of VRT 77.

The chief guest of the function Tr.Deepak Menda , NST 2012-13 and the area

observer Tr.Kishore , AVC Area 9 were the dignitaries for the 29th AGM which

was held at the Neptune Hall, The Park. Tr.Dharmaraju Cheruku retired on this

very day and two prospects Inder and Abhishek were inducted. Showers of

praise were poured on Tr.Ameet and congratulations were greeted to

Tr.Dr.Raghu for accepting the mettle of Chairmanship.

The biggest surprise of the evening was for the outgoing Chairman Tr.Ameet , the

bachelor boy ; 8 different solo dance performances marked the “Swayamwar

function” for Tr.Ameet. Phew!!!!

July 23rd :

It was time to celebrate the birthday of our new member’s wife Anisha Nayak

(Tr.Abshishek’s wife). With wishes pondering from all corners, the couple were

so excited that they invited the entire table to their residence and the

celebrations took place with cake cutting followed by fellowship till 2 am until it

started raining.

July 25th :

Movie fellowship to “Cocktail” was arranged at Varun’s Inox. 18 heads attended

the same.

July 27th :

It was the turn of one of the fellowship guys bday Tr.Jaydeep. Cake was taken to

his work place and he was very delighted to see few guys calling him on on a

busy working day.

July 28th :

The day started with Kids fellowship to the movie “Ice Age 4” at Jagadamba

theater. More details under Twinklers report.

Its the teasers that made everyone think that they will be missing the fun ; if they

fail to attend the fellowship at the “Som Place Else” at The Park. What a time

everyone had , what excitement. Oh boy , one needs to be there to be part of the

fellowship.

August 4th :

Saturday means Tablers should go to their 2nd home i.e. Chrome. With too many

fellowships one was missing the home and this time it was much needed break

for all to spend some time at the second home ; Chrome.

August 5th :

Tr.Shrawan and Reena invited the entire Table to celebrate their daughters 2nd

bday at the Park. More details in Twinkler’s Convener report.

August 7th :

Its Rajini Chitra’s birthday ; our ex-secretary’s wife. A chocolate cake with loads

of wishes from the table at their residence in the evening with lots of smiles

around was the package to the birthday girl. Happy birthday Rajini….

10thAugust :

Karaoke nights was back in CHROME after a long time It was attended in good

numbers. KJ Anand set the mood for the night with a few songs and then the rest

of us joined in the singing. Few tablers even tried out singing to the tune of the

party which actually came out well. But the group performance for the Hindi song

was hilarious, yet all enjoyed trying their singing skills. A very good fellowship at

the end!!!

15thAugust :

The day started with visiting all the three RTI schools built by VRT 77. The details

of which are covered in the Community service. Following which, tablers and

ladies had a breakfast fellowship at Tycoon. We had a movie fellowship for “EK

THA TIGER” which was the actually a fundraiser by the VVRT 213. We made it

into a fellowship and supported them in big numbers.

17thAugust :

IFTAAR party hosted by all the tables at Vizag after a very long time.at the Park

hotel. Some lip smacking dishes were served esp Haleem , Murg Salaan , Paya

Shorba etc on the beach lawns adding color to the complete event. Wonderful

time and above all best inter table fellowship.

18thAugust :

Finally the “FELLOWSHIP BASKET” arrived Vizag. The brain child of Area 9 board

has started and found its way to City of Destiny – Vizag and inauguration took

place at Tr. Abhilash, Chairman VKRT 225 residence. The event was attended by

not only Vizag tablers but also tablers from Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

20th Aug to 23rdAugust :

The new babies of the table Tr.Abhishek and his wife Anisha were in the thick of

the things especially with the arrangements of the AAGM theme or rather the skit

allotted to us ; “The Pirates of the Sea”. Four days of practice, ten participants,

three different varieties of drinks and one chorographer formed the preparation

for the skit.

24thAugust :

The day has finally come. All the tablers were set to leave to Vizag in the pm

hours to Hyderabad. Chairman was carrying extra large bag for getting few

awards from the AAGM. The journey started with apprx 75 heads from all the

tables of Vizag and the train was just rocking with people shouting, laughing and

partying.

25thAugust :

The initial AAGM session saw VRT 77 winning 7 Awards and 1 Certificate of Merit

and all awards being presented through the hands of National President Tr.Vineet

, IPP Tr.Ashwinn and National Secretary Treasurer Tr.Deepak.

26thAugust :

Finally when the AAGM session started the tally by VRT 77 stood at 10 Awards

and two Certificate of Merit’s.

As the Chairman’s banquet was about to complete all of us had to leave the hotel

and rush to the railway station to catch up the respective departure schedule and

reach Vizag. As against everyone’s expectation , the party in the train did not lose

the momentum and spirits were high as always.

27thAugust :

You cannot keep any Tabler quiet for long time. That is what happened exactly

when we reached Vizag. A host of tablers and ladies of our 77 family with

garlands and live band was ready welcoming us as we got out of the train. It was

very weird to gain the attention of all the passengers on the platform but the

efforts put by Sq. Leg Aanand Khara , Kavita Khara , Tr. Sandeep Choudhari and

Tr. Suresh at 05.30 am with all the arrangements was just amazing which will be

cherished for the rest of our life . Its moments like these which make us feel

“Proud to be a Tabler”.

28thAugust :

A day full of surprises………………………………

Tr.Ameet , IPC was all set to return from China and we have planned a day full of

surprises for his arrival at Vizag. It all started with the surprise reception to

receive him at the airport for which he was overwhelmed to see us. The surprise

did not end there , but pushed us all to have Rascal fellowship at his residence

post dinner. But Tr.Ameet did not have any other option to avoid us and

welcomed with open arms only to see his house ransacked by his very own VRT

77. Amazing time…………………………………….

1stSept :

Its Saturday and it implies we have to go to 2nd home ie Chrome. We had a

fellowship at Chrome dancing to the tunes of DJ Chico. In all 11 of us have

attended the fellowship which went on till wee hours. Nice way to reduce the

hangover after an scintillating meeting completion.

6thSept :

Time for some mob fellowship. Too much gap on the fellowship front is never

welcomed in 77 and this time we had “Beach Butta Ice Cream” fellowship. Inspite

of very short notice , the attendance was quite good. Excellent time to refresh

ourselves.

7thSept :

We had a fellowship at Someplace Else at the Park with fusion night as the theme.

There was more reason to party here as Tr. Rahul of VKRT 225 was playing the

drums to cheer the crowd.

9thSept :

The charter day of Area 9 and time for some fellowship. We decided to meet for

lunch at Chrome on Sunday which was attended in good numbers . Later in the

evening we had movie fellowship “Raaz 3” at Varun INOX. All in all good day of

fellowship events.

10thSept :

Its Manjee’s bday (HT Dharmaraju’s spouse). Wishes pondered over on the bday

girl and poor HT Kiran was forced to invite the 77 family for evening fellowship at

Jack Frost. The numbers are always very good and the fun was just unlimited.

11thSept :

Its Hema’s bday (Sq.Leg Hari Krishna’s spouse) on the 12th Sept and this time the

gang planned for midnight surprise at their home for wishing the bday gal. Cake

of her choice and other ladies sprung surprise on her very special day.

14thSept :

We had movie fellowship for the movie “Barfi” at the Varun Inox. We had a total

of 12 heads attending the event and the best part was everyone liked the movie.

One good movie after a very long time.

15thSept :

AS informed by the conveners , the Saturday night rocked not just Hotel Park but

almost the entire area at the beach to the tunes of DJ Akbar Sami. The fellowship

was just too good to be missed out. Wonderful time.

18thSept :

The day started with just a sms message to our AST , Tr.Madhukar wishing him on

his birthday. The bday had his own plans to celebrate his bday ; but the tablers of

VIZAG forced him to throw a party and celebrate the occasion

23rdSept :

What a day it was ! The day started with movie “Heroine” and upon completion of

the movie all gathered at Chairman’s house. At Chairman’s place we had hot chai

, snacks , watched cricket and above all played poker. While the guys were busy

playing poker, the ladies were busy with their dance on the terrace. A very good

number always makes any fellowship colourful and that’s what exactly happened.

5thOct :

Old wine in new bottle. Actress Sridevi returns to the silver screen and 77ers did

not waste any time. A total of 22 heads attended the movie fellowship “English

Vinglish” at Varun Inox.

7th Oct:

“Draw India Draw” was organized at Chairman Tr.Dr. Raghu’s residence. While

the twinklers were busy exhibiting their painting skills, the parents were busy

with their own plans. Being a Sunday, it was a wonderful area event organized

very well. More details in twinklers corner.

10thOct :

Flash fellowship…. Two nominations for the national head board 2013-14 from

VRT 77. The much awaited nomination forms were finally sent to RTI and it was

time to celebrate. All the tablers spent the evening at Waltair club lawns with lots

of cheers around.

11thOct :

Tr.Rahul, Area Publicity convener celebrated his birthday at Eleven restaurant.

Good gathering to celebrate the bachelor boy bday. Later in the day, all the

tablers were invited by Sq.Leg Krishna Kumar (charter chairman) for celebrating

his 60th birthday at Four Points.

13thOct :

Tr.Devesh celebrated his birthday. The birthday boy invited all the tablers of

Vizag to “Eleven” for high tea with the wide range of new snacks introduced

recently. Later in the day, all the tablers with their ladies were invited by Tr.

Jaydeep to Park hotel for the fellowship at Aqua

Fellowship post meeting at Chrome. Being a Sunday all the ladies were also

invited for the meeting followed by lunch. However the best part was the ruckus

by the 213 on the head table to wear lungis till the end the fellowship.

Chrome calling…………….Mid week blues fellowship over drinks and dinner.

Being a weekday the total number was less, but the people who attended the

fellowship did not leave any stone unturned.

19th Oct:

A good turn out to the movie “Student of the year” at Varun Inox. Post movie all

the members went back straight to their respective house without any additional

enjoyement.

Wife not in town and our Sq.Leg D.S.Anand invited the entire table with the ladies

to his residence over dinner and drinks. The cool weather, Nawabi biryani and 77

family formed the rest of the day. The evening started with people enjoying the

weather on the terrace and once the clocks ticked 11’; the entire crowd formed a

huge circle and cards session was on. The fellowship continued till 3 am.

The iconic movie SHOLAY made its way to the Park hotel to take over the

Fellowship basket from VVRT 213. The arrangements that were made for the

social were just fantastic and impeccable. One has to witness the same to actually

experience the great evening which was enjoyed by all.

The big day…………………Fellowship Day. It was celebrated in style with all

(four) table fellowship at Vihar. Wonderful time spent by all with 41ers , tablers

and their wives of all the tables under one roof. With cool breeze and lovely

music the evening was just perfect to be relished by all. Almost full attendance

from the table with the ladies and the 41ers was witnessed. Tr.Shashank and

Tr.Diwakar Mundra were the host’s of the evening on behalf of VRT 77.

Amid all the wonderful celebrations , Sunita Agarwal celebrated her birthday. A

cake was organized on behalf of the table.

The day started with the movie screening for all the RTI school kids at Kinnera

The bike ride started at 5 PM and the stretch was just over 25 kms from the city

towards the coastline enjoying the cool breeze. Once the ride was done , the

gang assembled at Vihar ; an exotic hill top restaurant to enjoy the bonfire

settling on the mattress , in open air over drinks and some fire magic. Just too

good to be missed out.

Santa goes to bollywood…………………. The 4th edition of the Sexy Santa party

was so popular that the cricket match between Hyderabad tables and Vizag

tables was rescheduled on this day not to just play cricket but also for some area

fellowship. The party was hosted by the NFC Tr.Ameet alongwith Tr.Dr.Raghu ,

Tr.Shrawan and Tr.Chitra at Tr.Ameet’s residence.

The party had everything from the start till the end. Valet parking , red carpet ,

Christmas trees , Santa clause , gifts ……… not to forgot lots of drinks and live

kitchen counter. The hosts have made some wonderful arrangements to entertain

all those who were there. The night started with some dance bits , followed by

releasing of “Pearl” magazine – 1st issue by Area Chairman Tr.Kishore. Once the

official funda was done , Tr.Ameet gave away prizes to all those special people

who were nominated by the crowd. And rest as they say ……. Saturday

night…………. Good reason to party hard. The party went on till next day

morning. Do not remember the time , as people were partying till 6 am and on….

Dec 26th – 30th :

Wannacome at Coimbatore calling……………… Two 77ers in the head table of

2013-14 ; Tr.Deepak and Tr.Dr.Raghu as NVP and NTTE.

Jan 1st :

New Year and new beginning and best way to start the year , was to invite all for

flash fellowship. Upon Chairman’s message to all the tablers and ladies, all

gathered at Waltair Club for evening day out. Surprisingly the turnout was good

in spite of the hangover.

Jan 3rd :

Surprise party was arranged at Jack Frost to celebrate the birthday of

Tr.Dr.Rakesh, fellowship convener. Well his wife Mrs.Lakshmi has taken lot of

pains to make her husband happy and the celebration continued on the beach

front till 1 am.

Jan 5th :

The ladies of the table have decided to have inter table ladies get together (4

tables) at Chrome , first of its kind in Vizag. The party started late in the evening

and as expected all the ladies had great fun without their respective hubbies.

Chrome celebrating the success of awards won at the 51st NAGM.

13thJan :

The first festival of the year and all gathered at HT.Dharmaraju’s residence for

Bhogi celebrations as early as 6 am. Later all the four tables joined at Chrome for

Lunch.

18thJan :

Parents were out of town and Tr.Umesh and Shikha took full advantage of calling

the entire table to their residence over drinks and dinner. Awesome weather ,

lovely arrangements and wonderful people formed the complete package of the

evening.

25thJan :

Everyone were glittering at the “Shiny Disco Balls” social hosted by Tr.Umesh &

Shikha and Tr.Sandeep Choudari and Sangeeta at Hawa Mahal. The social started

with business meet which was limited to specific discussions and then the fun

started. The décor , food , booze and the dance floor were not only shining but

were drawing all the members to participate. Wonderful night out which lasted

Feb 1st&2nd :

The fashion fever has affected Vizag finally. Models from Mumbai and designers

have made their way to Vizag to The Park hotel to rock and roll. Tr.Jaydeep

invited the entire table to witness the event which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Feb 4th :

Emergency Meet was called for to discuss on

the probabilities of hosting National event for

the year 2014 at Tr.Rajesh Agarwal’s house.

Post meeting had fellowship over drinks and

dinner.

Feb 7th :

Twlkr.Deveshi (Tr.Devesh & Nithishree’s daughter) is now the youngest member

of 77 family. Her arrival to Vizag saw their parents inviting all their friends and 77

family over dinner at Waltair Club. Excellent food and lovely smiles filled the

evening with showers for the little one for a prosperous and happy life.

Feb 8th :

Couple of tablers attended the movie “Mirchi” – movie fund raiser of WRT 92 at

CMR INOX.

Feb 12th :

Post business meet, all the tablers were stranded in The Park hotel itself not

because of any reason, but for celebrating the anniversary of Tr.Sandeep

Choudary and Sangeeta by having cake cutting at wee hours.

Feb 15th – 16th :

MTM and 3rd AEX was hosted at Hyderabad and as many as 5 tablers and 2 ladies

have attended the same. Great fun at the party and will be remembered for a

very long time.

Feb 21st :

Business Meet 720th / 16th of the year was held at Waltair Club. We had Tr.Saket

Choudary from Kolkatta attending the meet and had fellowship post meeting

which continued till wee hours.

Feb 23rd :

Tr.Sandeep Chitra and Rajani Chitra have invited the entire table to witness the

46th Annual function of Pollocks School. Almost the entire table attended the

function and thoroughly enjoyed all the cultural activities.

Mar 1st :

It all started with a couple of Tablers (representatives from all 4 tables) going to

the airport to receive National President Tr. Vineet at 11 AM . After meeting and

greeting , at around 1:30 PM , All of us met up together at Eleven Fine Dining , a

restaurant owned by our very own Tr.Devesh . We had sumptuous meal of

sizzling biriyani and a round of desserts . Good food and it was nice opportunity

to interact and bond . After a satisfying meal , we headed for a project visit to the

Vasant Bala school in Seethammadhara , we showed him around the school .

After the tour we settled down in the staff room where the school staff gave us

some cool drinks , we sat and chatted for a while and then it was time to depart .

In the night , a joint dinner fellowship was organized for the Area Chairman Tr.

Kishore and National President Tr. Vineeth by all the four tables at the Park Hotel

by the beach near the community table . It was again a great opportunity for all of

us to mingle and bond amongst ourselves and it extra special knowing that

Tr.Vineet Parikh and AC Tr.Kishore came down all the way from Ahmadabad and

Hyderabad respectively . It gave us a chance to exchange ideas on different

facets of tabling . We had a great time , FUN UNLIMITED !!!! .

Mar 2nd :

The day started at 11 AM with a small community service at the St. Josephs old

age home , where we had a lunch service for them . The service started with a

small prayer by the inmates and then we began serving the food , The National

President Tr.Vineet Parikh joined in the service along with Tablers and Sq.legs of

77 . After we served the food , the inmates sat down to eat and we could see that

they relished every bit of the food .,Towels were also distributed to the inmates .

The staff really appreciated .us for this kind gesture . AC Tr.Kishore and

Chairman 77 Tr.Raghu joined in later . Tr.Kishore went in to take a tour of the old

age home and then later all of us stood for a picture and then departed .

It was decided that we head to Sea Inn or Raju garu dhabha as it is fondly called ,

for a lunch fellowship , we first however took a drive on the beach road , then

went for a long drive towards sagar nagar and beyond that upto to the IT SEZ area

, Tr. Raghunandan from 213 also joined us along the way . We stopped after going

a certain distance to get a good view of the city from the hill top . Then we

proceeded to Sea Inn Restaurant which is actually a thatched hut restaurant which

services authentic spicy Andhra food . We ordered some spicy chicken , prawn

and egg biriyani for each of us along with mutton fry . it was a meal that we

relished thoroughly and we left table satisfied and content . After we ate , Tr. Rishi

, Tr. Nandu and Tr. Riaz joined us from 92 and we chatted for a while , some of

them stayed back while others went back home to rest .

We met later in the night again around 8PM at Waltair club , Oyster Hall for the

joint meeting between all the 4 tables of Vizag ., I think this is the first time we

had a joint meeting in Vizag in the presence of AC Kishore and NP Vineeth . The

main highlights of the meeting were the sergeants act, the sergeants were Tr.

Shrawan from 77 and Tr. Raghunandan from 213 . Tr . Shrawan had a unique way

of sargenting where whoever was not wearing a pin would be pinned by the

national president and then they would have to contribute a certain amount

towards sunshine collection for it ! . Whoever was appreciated for their efforts in

the quarter would also contribute towards sunshine collection . Basically whoever

did well contributed well ! .

Mar 3rd :

“God cannot reach everywhere, so he made Parents”

We celebrated this Grandeur at Parents Day, our Signature Annual event held on

Sunday the 3rd March 2013 at The Park, Vizag.

Tr.Vineet Parikh, National President, Round Table India graced the occasion as

the chief guest & Tr.Kishore Kumar, Area Chairman, Area 9, RTI & Tr.Deepak

Menda, National Secretary Treasurer, Round Table India attended as special

guests of honour.

Over 60 Invitation cards were made and personally handed over to the parents

of Tablers. The Parents felt honoured and special by this kind of invitation. Also

Invites were sent to all the Parents of our Ladies.

The function started at 12-30 pm with the arrival of the Parents along with the

Tablers & Twinklers and guests. The Convener introduced the Head-Table &

various Guests for the day and invited them on the Dias. He then handed over the

proceedings to the Chairman who then cordially invited all the Parents. A Video

of the various activities done during the year was played for the Parents.

Speakers for the day included the National President Tr.Vineth, Area 9 Chairman

Tr.Kishore, National Secretary Treasurer Tr.Deepak. Some of the Parents also

spoke on this occasion and expressed their happiness for all the good work.

Chairman also acknowledged the presence of Tr.Sai Madhukar, AST, Area 9 &

Tr.Riyaz, Area Vice Chairman, Area 9.

The parents were very happy and overwhelmed after the meeting, and

expressed the same by speaking out to the audience. This was followed by

Lunch. The Entertainment programme consisted of dances by Twinklers. The

hosts for the event Tr.Inder & Anitha, Tr.Utkarsh & Neelambari. The program was

an occasion to experience true family bonding by the presence of the parents

along with the Tablers, Ladies and Twinklers…”Baghban” Parents Day is indeed

remembered by all at 77 every year !

Mar 8th :

Movie fellowship was organised for Saheb Biwi aur Gangster at Inox. Good

attendance and much awaited movie fellowship.

Mar 9th :

Fellowship at Waltair club lawns followed by dinner and drinks at Chrome with

the ladies.

JAYRAKSHASH ………………time

Flash fellowship has again taken off. This time the entire family of 77 were seen

relaxing in the beach with butta in one hand and ice-cream in the other hand.

Twinklers had a blast than their parents.

Mar 18th :

Business meet 722nd / 18th of the year was held at Eleven restaurant. Post meeting

all the tablers enjoyed the lovely food served in the restaurant over fellowship.

Mar 19th :

JAYRAKSHASH team calling…………….

We call this an HR cum fellowship and was unique in its own way. On the sand

with the shags, close to the sea ; ladies on one side , twinklers on the other side

with buttas prepared on the charcoal pan and later being tasted under the moon

light with lovely breeze around was by far the best fellowship. It was heaven

which can best be experienced by one’s presence.

Mar 22nd :

Informal meeting at the Waltair Club over drinks and dinner was called for to

discuss the possibility of having a Publicity event with the “STRINGS” in

association with Centre for Management and Technology (CMT) to organise the

inter college Rock fest was discussed in the presence of HT Ravindra and

Sq.Leg.Aanand Khara.

Mar 23rd :

Saturday night and home was calling…… ops Chrome was calling. Couple of

tablers gathered at Chrome to enjoy the Saturday night fever over drinks and

drinks only.

Mar 27th :

An all tables HOLI fellowship was celebrated at Chrome outdoors just close to the

sea shore.

Mar 29th :

Rascal fellowship at Tr.Sandeep Chitra’s house to celebrate his birthday. Couple

of tablers attended and bashed into their house to celebrate his bday.

Mar 31st :

It’s not just continuation of the 29th Mar but much more. Rajani Chitra made some

lovely arrangements to surprise her hubby Tr.Sandeep Chitra to remind him that

he has reached 40 years. Call it a happy news or sad news …… fact remains that

he is turning 40 years of age. Wonderful arrangements and what a lovely wife !

Apr 2nd :

IPL fever is back. All the tablers decided to enjoy the evening witnessing the

inaugural session at Chrome. The attendance was good , but only thing was

everyone gathered after the inauguration was completed. Never mind the party

continued.

4thApril :

Post joint meeting with the 41ers Club No : 62 had opportunity to mingle with the

pillars of 77. Great time and above all wonderful bonding.

5thApril :

Well ……. The much awaited “Barista Lavazza” was finally inaugurated by our

very own Sq.Leg.Prem Patro in the city of destiny. Inspite of being a working day,

many tablers alongwith their ladies came together to enjoy the new flavors in

vizag.

7thApril :

Weekend relaxation in a exclusive style. The Beer Garden festival was organized

at the The Park with some amazing Pilipino girl band. The fellowship team

JAYRAKSHASH was at his best in making sure that the tablers and their respective

ladies had a wonderful time. Great time and much needed fellowship esp. with

the scorching heat.

8thApril :

Its rare opportunity to see the first lady in Vizag spending time with the 77 ladies.

It was perfect timing of her visit to Vizag from her busy schedule with the ongoing

Chinese festival at Eleven restaurant. With some lovely arrangements made at the

restaurant and great food the afternoon was just perfect.

9thApril :

Movie fellowship to “Chashme Badoor” was organized at the Varun Inox movie

theatre. Around 16 heads attended the movie fellowship and enjoyed the movie.

11thApril :

Table emergency meeting was conducted at Tr.Shrawan’s house followed by

dinner and fellowship. Lovely food with some very important discussions.

13thApril :

“STRINGS – The first Rock band show”, very first program of its kind was hosted

at the A.S.Raja grounds in association with CMT Management College. An

excellent program which show caused RTI and its projects. Very good attendance

from the tabling fraternity coupled with huge crowd made the event a grand

success.

18thApril :

Vizag was to witness one of the finest programs of RTI. TTT was to be hosted by

our table for the first time in its 30 years of history. Few participants arrived early

and were billeted in 41ers Sq.Leg.Prem Patro residence. The same day they were

taken to Chrome for lunch and Waltair club for dinner alongwith the tablers of

Vizag. Excellent interaction with them and exploration of new friends in the

making.

19th – 21stApril :

Train The Trainers (TTT) ; 2 ½ days program ; 2 RTI trainers ; 1 external trainer

and 24 participants is what was witnessed by the tablers of Vizag. Excellent HR

sessions , bonding , wonderful fellowship and above all 24 qualified trainers.

Wow!.

On 19th April fellowship on the sea shore just few meters away from the sea at The

Park hotel was just too good. Warm weather , active participants saw the

fellowship on high spirits.


On 20th April all the participants were taken to ROSSO on the invitation of VVRT

213 social being hosted by Tr.Dr.Shiv Nagander , Tr.Ajay and Tr.Suman Bollina.

All the participants were thoroughly enjoyed being there and the party lasted till

wee hours.

Excellent work done by Tr.Sandeep Choudary for not only organizing the

complete event but also was there from dusk to dawn taking care of each and

every minute thing and fulfilling the requirements of all the participants.

21stApril :

TTT was just over , but the mood was set to rock the evening at Vizag. The

SHAIMIK show was to be conducted in the evening at the Port Kalavani stadium.

As many as 15 members from the tabling family including ladies and twinklers

participated in the event and made sure Vizag rocked to the tunes of new era of

music. Though it was old wine in new bottle , the energy to perform was just too

good.

Later in the evening all the tablers were invited to Tr.Raiz’s residence for dinner

which was enjoyed. Great food and wonderful fellowship.

26th – 28thApril :

The new era of RTI was to start with the inauguration of two new Singapore tables.

VRT 77 had the privilege of being one of the sponsor tables. Tr.Shiva attended the

gala event on behalf the VRT-77. One more feature added to the 30th glorious

year of table history.

8thMay :

It was the birthday of one of the fellowship boy Tr.Shashank. His dad ,

Sq.Leg.Anand Dutt arranged a surprise party at his residence. Same was attended

by the tabling family. Wonderful food and same very nice arrangements.Truly

enjoyed.

10thMay :

Post meeting at Tr.Sandeep Choudary’s house ; HRD on cooking followed by stag

fellowship with loads of fun and entertainment. Cards fellowship , IPL match ,

jokes etc.

18thMay :

Tr.Vikranth , Secretary from Singapore Round Table -1 was in town and we had

fellowship at home….ops Chrome. Same was attended by few tablers and was

very interactive to know about the SRT-1 table activities.

20thMay :

All tablers gathered at Ashok uncle house warming ceremony on a hot afternoon.

The house was designed by Tr.Ameet and it was treat to watch the best interiors

of the city. Seeing the house few of the tablers felt to buy a new house and make

Tr.Ameet design it as Ashok uncles house.

23rdMay :

Well the the idea to have a Archives night was floated by the Area. The fellowship

team was just planning to meet the reqmt. However as it turned out, it was really

fun and very happy to recollect the old times of 77. We had few presentations

starting from the formation of VRT 77 way back in 1983 till the last AGM held at

Hyderabad. The journey was long but was very refreshing.

2nd – 3rdJune :

“Flights of Fantasy” – a project of BRT 53 saw the tablers from Bhubaneshwar

alongwith with 39 under privileged children land in city of destiny, Vizag. A warm

welcome was provided the tablers of 77 which started a new era bonding with

BRT-53.

All the children were provided with AC bus and the tablers were personally

taken care. The arrival was in the afternoon and all the children were first taken to

Kailashgiri then Submarine museum , ride on the coastline of Vizag. By evening,

all the children were entertained with magic show beside the pool in a 4 star

hotel where they were accommodated.

The late night was the time the bonding actually happen at Golf club. All in all

wonderful idea of BRT-53 to have their pet project being carried out in Vizag.

VRT-77 was proud to associate themselves with such a project and kudos to all the

entire table of BRT-53.

8thJune :

Tr.Shiva was in town and few tablers caught with him at Club followed by late

night party at Chrome.

13th June :

The 24th meeting was held at Waltair club alongwith the ladies. Post meeting

celebrated the birthday of Dr.Lakshmi (w/o Tr.Dr.Rakesh).

21stJune :

DJ Anand was in town and tablers and ladies assembled at Chrome to set Chrome

on fire with their singing skills for the Karaoke night. It was so much enjoyed by

all the tablers and ladies and all partied till wee hours.

23rdJune :

Fellowship at HT.Kiran’splace and the entire table was invited. Cricket match ,

cards , drinks , food , chit chat and above all celebrated the Chairmans birthday.

Excellent arrangements and above all , everyone enjoyed house fellowship.

24th& 25thJune :

Tr.Shrawan and Reena arranged surprise party for Tr.Dr.Raghu at Eleven

restaurant. Chairman was delighted for the surprise and the entire 77 family was

invited to celebrate the Chairman’s birthday. All the tablers and ladies have

assembled at Eleven restaurant by 9 pm and sprang surprise to the Chairman.

The cake was specially made by the fellowship team for the birthday boy ,

declilous food was served by Tr.Devesh and the enjoyement was unlimited.

Just as clock ticked 12’ , another surprise was waiting in the store to celebrate the

anniversary of Sq.Leg.Aaanand Khara & Kavitha Khara. A special cake was made

to cut by this lovely couple and the party continued till wee hours. All in all ,

wonderful day of fellowship and above all ; everyone enjoyed it.

30thJune :

The last day of the tabling year and it was bound to be special. The year long dog

work done by the entire table was to be celebrated with high spirts.

Sq.Leg.Murali and Vani have just planned what the Doctor ordered. Yes, pool

side sun down party for the entire table at the Park hotel. Call it luck or

coincidence , the last date also happens to be Sunday and it could not get any

better.

The party started from 4 pm onwards and everyone are hoping that will end only

by early sunrise. That’s the only way left to any table to chill out and enjoy the

years success with the loved ones.

the four skits : Birth of Krishna ; Dasavatars ; Krishna’s childhood and his visit to

Mathura.

August 15th – 66th Independence Day celebrations. The complete team of 77 was

divided into three groups and attended all the three RTI schools built by VRT 77.

Sept 13th – 16th :

“Project Assam” It was the brain child of Tr. Naveen Perla who single handily

conceptualized this activity with thorough research on the issue and was in

constant touch with the NGO’s in Assam He “aspired” and it in turn was an

“inspiration” to all of us at VRT-77 to work for the cause.

Kasibari relief camp 350 kms from Guwahati

619 inmates

6.5 lakh rupees worth material was raised with the support across RTI . A total of

three relief camps were visited and goods like clothes, blankets, mosquito nets,

water filters, mats, utensils and even candles were distributed.

Sept 16th :

Tablers of 77 participated in a Rainwater harvesting awareness drive conducted

by JCI-Vizag chapter. A march was organized with volunteers and tablers holding

placards and walking down from the first station opposite YMCA down to the last

station at the Kali temple, all the while shouting slogans and creating awareness

to the public. A lot of people from the print and electronic media were present for

the coverage, giving the drive a good publicity

Sept 17th :

In an attempt to create Gunniess book of world records drive to collect 1.5 lakh

units of blood in a single day across India and VRT-77 is proud to have

participated in the same, thus deriving publicity for RTI and in general helping to

save a life when in need of blood. A total of 9 people have donated blood at

A.S.Raja blood bank.

Nov 18th :

As a part of the RTI Week program , the family of 77 assembled at St Joseph old

age home for feeding all the inmates with not only declivous food but some

scintillating performances by tabler’s and their wives. Few of them danced and

few sung songs. But the ultimate objective was achieved. Smiles on the

inhabitants face. That one moment , all the people who attended felt that they

achieved something today. Bringing smiles back on the faces of all the people

living in the old age home was so touchy moment that will be cherished for long

time to come.

Nov 18th :

As a part of the RTI Week celebrations , clothes were donated to the St Joseph

home of HIV for the Kids in Parvatipuram.

Nov 19th :

As a part of the RTI Week , breakfast was sponsored by Tr.Dr.Raghu for the kids

of the Madurawada blind school. Later in the day , all the tablers have assembled

at the Vasant Bala School for the inauguration of the Septic tank constructed by

table alongwith few other interiors fixed for the school building as per their

requirement.

Nov 20th :

One theatre ,one telugu movie , 300 plus students and group of tablers and ladies

formed a deadly proportion of what one felt the best program of the RTI till date

held by the table. The fun , frolic was just unlimited. It was there for the taking. All

the students enjoyed the movie and were fed with drinks and snacks in the movie

break. Truly this one program was priceless and will be remembered for a very

long time. Later in the day , couple of tablers went to YMCA street children

society in the evening to distribute sweets and snacks for the kids. This program

was being conducted for the last so many years and the kids were just waiting for

us to come down to interact.

21stNov :

A donation of Rs. 3 lakhs to Maya Foundation was done towards “First Smile” as

promised earlier. The same handed over to Dr.Shiv during the press conference

at RTI Vasant Bala School.

27thApril :

VKRT 225 conducted blood donation camp at Presidential school. Few tablers

from the table attended the program and donated blood for noble cause.

2nd – 3rdJune :

“Flights of fantasy” – a pet project of BRT53 was conducted at Vizag with the

support of VRT-77 at the city of destiny which facilitated the under privileged

children from RTI built school from Bhubaneswar to visit the city and enjoy their

weekend in style. Details of the same are covered under the fellowship report.

July 17th :

A Kids Fellowship on a Tuesday. Thanks to Student’s Federation of India who had

called for a Strike. Sumedh, Sudheeksha, Hardik, Dhruv, Ishita, Harshita, Vishnu,

Swasya, Adi, Parinati, Kavya & Ganeesa attended. To take care of the kids

Prospect Inder, Jyati Khara, Tr. Ramayya & Hyma, Tr. Sandeep & Sangeeta were

present. The Fellowship started @ 3 pm and kids were very eager to go into the

Game Zone instantly. Twinklers were all excited to see dashing cars, bike racing,

car racing, shooting, ice hockey, table football, play pen, merry go rounds, etc.

Finally after a lot of playing and 2 rounds of Dashing Cars the Kids had Ice

Creams and some snacks to end the day.

July 25th :

It has been a very long time that we all had been to Jagadamba Theatre. Infact it

would have been the first time for a few Twinklers at this Theatre. The fellowship

was attended by Ganeesa, Kavya, Vishnu, Dhruv, Prateek, Pranay, Sumeedh,

Hardik, Samyukta, Sameeksha, HT Kiran, Tr. Naveen, Sangeeta, Lakshmi,

Sukreeta, Sunita Agarwal , Manjeera and few guests & a total of 23 heads.

Fantastic Movie “Ice Age 4 3D” made the Kids thrilled and excited till the End….

August 5th :

It was time to celebrate the 2nd bday of Twklr.Aavni with Angry Birds around.

Almost the entire table and few guests were invited by Tr.Shrawan and Reena

attended the birthday bash of Twklr.Aavni at the Park. The party started in the

evening around 4 pm with all the kids in the swimming pool with their different

accessories to swim. The complete pool was so busy with parents on one side ,

kids on the other side ; fellowship on the other side. Once all the kids and parents

were out of the pool , all were fed with some tasty food prepared in front of them

and not to forget the yummy cake. It was a complete 77 family day out !!!

August 13th –

Twklr Divjot’s bday was celebrated at Tr.D.S.Anand’s …….ops Sq.Leg

D.S.Anand’s residency (his dad ra babu). Warm hospitality by Tina was always

overwhelming. The day finally ended with much fun not for the bday boy , but for

the people who barged into their house on the occasion of their sons birthday.

August 24th –

It was double damaka at 77. Twlkr. Chaitanya (Dr.Raghu’s son) and Twlkr.Pranay

(HT.Kiran’s son) birthday was celebrated. Since the former bday boy was

travelling with us for the AAGM , the cake and the party was organized in the train

itself. However for Twklr.Pranay the cake was delivered to his residence in the

morning itself. The convener made sure the twklr’s favorite flavor of cake was

presented to them on their special day. Kudos.

Sept 9th :

It’s the Charter day for Area 9. But most importantly we had an extension in

Twklr’s this day. Tr.Deepak Menda, NST and his wife Suku were blessed with

baby boy. What a coincidence that the extension from NST happens on the

charter day of Area9. Was it planned or it just happened……. Are the doubts of

many……. We might see future leader in the making for RTI. Congrats to the

proud parents.

Sept 13th :

It was the birthday of two kids; Twlkr.Saranya (Tr.Dr.Suresh daughter) and

Twlkr.Hamza (Tr. Utkarsh son). Birthday cake of their choice was sent to the bday

babies on their special day. Though the convener was done with viral fever, he

made sure the cake was delivered to them on their special day. Kudos.

Sept 23rd :

Exam fever was hovering the house of all the kids and few parents were kind

enough to give some much wanted break during the exams time. The get to

together arranged by the Chairman at his residence saw few kids take some

much needed break. While all the guys were busy playing Poker , the kids were

busy dancing to the tunes of songs played near by dancing on the terrace.

Sept 27th :

Twlkr.Dhruv Khara celebrated his birthday and was greeted by the convenor

with a cake of his favourite flavour. The bday boy enjoyed the cake amid busy

exam schedule.

Sept 30th :

One rabbit , bunch of kids , pot lock lunch with lots of colors and diyas have filled

the day. A multitask day filled up with HR , fellowship working towards the fund

raiser with the help of the twinklers. Wow !

It was around 1300 hrs , that the all tablers , ladies and twinklers gathered at

Tr.Sandeep Choudari’s residence for potlok lunch. The idea was to make the kids

paint the diyas before the diwali festival and later sell the same diyas. The money

generated by the sales will add to the kitty of fund raiser.

Oct 4th :

Twklr. Samyukta celebrated her birthday. On behalf of the table cake was sent to

her on this special day.

Oct 7th :

18 SMALL brains with BIG ideas..

Save Water, Save Earth, Go Green - these were the messages by Kids. I’m sure

Earth will be a better place …. sooner.

“Draw India Draw” (DID) ,an area twinklers event was held at Tr.Dr.Raghu’s

residence from evening 5 pm onwards. What an event it was. Wow. …. The

complete place was so colorful with full of ideas , colors and lots of noise.

Oct 26th:

Twlkr. Vishnu celebrated his birthday and the table has sent cake of his favorite

choice.

Nov 14th :

The idea was to get the kids together and do what they want to do.

It was noticed that the kids did not know each other by the names. So a game was

designed instantly to make all the Kids remember the name of all the other kids.

Then the Kids were asked to show their acrobatic skills with the Hoopla.

Samyukta Agarwal (Tr. Rajesh Agarwal’s daughter) could keep the Hoopla

spinning for 30 seconds.

The kids then watch a movie - DUMBO. The main character is Jumbo Jr. - an

elephant who is cruelly nicknamed DUMBO. He is ridiculed for his big ears, but

in the end he is capable of flying by using his ears as wings. Finally the food was

served which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Dec 24th :

The Convener went to each and every tablers house to give away presents to all

the twinklers. All these gifts were personalised with the respective twinklers

photo. A great way to make all the kids happy on this special day.

Dec 29th :

Twlkr.Harshita celebrated her birthday. A cake of her favourite flavour was sent

to her on this special day of hers.

Jan 3th :

Twlkr.Ishita (Tr.Jaydeep’s daughter) celebrated her birthday and a cake of her

favourite flavour was sent to her on this special day. All these cakes which are

sent to twinkler’s are personally taken by Tr.Sandeep Choudari to their residence

and are given to the kid.

3rdFeb :

Twlkr.Jainaa celebrated her birthday and invited all the ladies and kids of 77

family. As usual cake was presented to her on her birthday on behalf of the table

and all the kids had a blast at the party.

7thFeb :

It was time to welcome the youngest member to 77 family. Twlkr.Deveshi Gupta

(Tr.Devesh & Nidhi’s daughter). A welcome party was hosted by Tr.Devesh to

which all his friends were invited. Loads of wishes were showered for the

youngest kid and everyone enjoyed the hospitality of the host.

22ndMar :

Tr.Naveen Perla and Manasa were blessed with twin baby girls. This is the first

time that a 77ner was blessed with twins. The kids and mother were doing fine.

28th Mar:

Tr.GVS Ramayya and Hymavathi were blessed with

baby girl (2nd kid). Mother and the kid were doing

fine.

Mar 30th :

Twinklers dayout……. The convenor wanted all the kids to relax from their

regular routine of exams and tensions and planned an early fellowship in the pool

with vide spread of breakfast.

30thMar:

Twklr. Aadi Khara ( Tr.Samir Khara’s son) celebrated his birthday today. All his

friends were invited to his residence to party. Birthday cake of his favourite

flavour was presented to him on this special day on behalf of the table.

May 6th :

Twlkr.Sudeeksha (Sq.Leg.Hari Anna’s daughter) celebrated her birthday and the

entire twinklers gang was invited for the celebrations.

June 9th :

Twlkr.Swasya (daughter of Tr.Ramayya & Hyma) celebrated

her birthday and a cake was sent to her on behalf of the table

on this special day.

June 10th :

Twlkr.Avani (daughter of Tr.Shrawan & Reena) celebrated her

birthday and a cake was sent to her on behalf of the table on

Sept 9th :

Dr.Lakshmi also took an HR sharing her working experiences of Germany visit.

The HR focused mainly on the postures of the body while standing and while

sitting on a chair ; on the do’s and dont’s of the body postures. An excellent HR

which was very well appreciated.

Sept 18th :

A HR on Go Green towards creating awareness for the use of clay idols of Lord

Ganesha was conducted in association with Pollocks school. Tr.Deepak , NST also

addressed the gathering.

OOcctt 1144tthh ::

A team of three members from “Allergo Capital Advisors P Ltd.,” have a HR on

Wealth Management in the meeting. The presentation was majorly focusing on

investment patterns for oneself and the family. Various examples were taken to

explain the investments needs to be done in Debt , Equity and other funds.

A very nice HR to all the young tablers of 77 who are looking for investments for

long term and short term benefits.

“Art of Living”by Mrs.Bital Kakkar was organised at Tr.Rajesh’s new house. An

excellent HR which was very well appreciated by all esp. to overcome the stress

that everyone are facing in this highly competitive world.

Feb 2nd – 3rd :

Tr.Naveen Perla attended the NLC of RTI held at Bangalore and he now claims to

be better tabler than ever before. Illusions cannot be avoided. (on a lighter note)

Feb 21st :

The exercise on Vision Wheel was conducted at the meeting to assess where the

table stands by trainer Sq.Leg.Aanand Khara. An 1 hour session followed the

Vision Wheel and SWOT analysis was done for the year ahead.

9th – 20thApril :

Its rare opportunity to have someone like Mr.Shiamak to come down to Vizag and

conduct dance classes. 20 head from the table including the ladies and twinklers

attended the dance classes held at Yoga village. It was very good learning

experience for all those who attended the dance classes. The most satisfying part

has been the live performance given by all the participants at Port Kalavani

stadium which created new dimension to the people of Vizag. The video link can

19th – 21stApril :

Train The Trainers (TTT) ; 2 ½ days program ; 2 RTI trainers ; 1 external trainer

and 24 participants is what was witnessed by the tablers of Vizag. Excellent HR

sessions , bonding , wonderful fellowship and above all 24 qualified trainers.

Wow! Tr.Shrawan Somani and Tr.GVS Ramayya attended the program.

10thMay :

Post meeting we had an unqiue HRD on what to prepare when we are home alone.

The HR was led y Chef Mr.Shailendra Singh and his daughter Visakha and taught

the bunch of tablers to prepare daal tadka , Paneer Chilli and how to cook rice. It

was much needed learning especially if you want to see your wife happy.

The biggest asset that the table will cherish for very long time is to have two

77ers taking up the posts of RTI head board for the year 2013-14 ; Tr.Deepak

Menda as NVP and Tr.Dr.Raghu as TTE.

Sept 18th :

Ganesha goes green ; Distribution of 600 idols at morning 1000 Hrs in the heart of

the city had given good mileage and coverage. The event was also covered in the

local TV channel , TV 5.

Nov 14th – Nov 21st :

Following were done under Publicity during RTI Week :

- Banners were kept various places with RTI logos about the schools.

- All the kids were wearing RTI logo stickers during the movie screening done for

the kids.

- Each and every program being held during RTI week had flexis being installed at

various place with small brief up about RTI.

- All the tablers were wearing RTI shirts for all the events along with the pins.

21stNov :

Press Meet was organised at Vasanta Bala School for donation of Rs. 3 lakhs to

Maya Foundation as promised earlier. Same derived lot of publicity with

coverage in major papers.

10thFeb :

The Theosophical society ( RTI Vasant Bala School) has invited entire table of 77

for attending their 125th year celebrations. Tr.Ameet , IPC occupied the seat on

the dias as Guest of Honor. During the celebration Tr.Ameet spoke about the

association with the society and spoke about the work done by RTI.

April 16th :

“STRINGS – The first Rock band show”, very first program of its kind was hosted

at the A.S.Raja grounds in association with CMT Management College. An

excellent program which show caused RTI and its projects. Very good attendance

from the tabling fraternity coupled with huge crowd made the event a grand

success.

FUND RAISING REPORT : - Tr.Rajesh Agarwal

Sept 16th :

An amount of Rs. 1200/- was raised in the form of selling tickets at the Park hotel.

This was the very first event held at Park hotel after the offer was given by

Tr.Jaydeep.

A total of 79 sets of Diyas were sold and have raised Rs.19750/- out of the sales

proceeds. All these Diyas were prepared by the twinklers with the help of the

ladies.

Apart from the above , Tr.Devesh Gupta has announced to contribute an amount

of Rs.200/- to the table for each and every membership card sold by “Eleven”

restaurant. Any person holding this card are entitled for special discounts at the

restaurant.

RULES REPORT : - Tr.Devesh Gupta

The convener in consensus with the floor of VRT-77 , prepared following rules for

adoption ; as follows :

Rule No : 1 ; Budgeting and Accounting

All events / activities planned where the table take-up collectively to conduct a

fellowship / community service / fund raiser / publicity / HR, or any other facet

which does not form a part of the table’s annual budget, It shall be mandatory that

proper budgets are prepared and approved in a table meeting and on conclusion

of such an activity, the accounts be presented and taken up for adoption in a table

meeting.

Exceptions: This rule may not apply to a fellowship / social where not more than 6

tablers / ladies / sq.legs / 41ers come together to fully host an event This

exceptions shall not apply to any fellowship / social where any contributions are

collected from floor tablers in any form whatsoever, including seargents

collection money. The Chairman may at his discretion choose to request the hosts

of such an event, to present the budgets and accounts for such an event too.

Guidelines to be followed for this rule are given below;

Once the table resolves to conduct a fellowship / community service / fund raiser

/ publicity / HR, or an event under any other facet, the Chairman shall appoint a

Event Convener.

The event convener shall prepare a budget for the event, and while doing so shall

follow the following methodology;

a. Convener to present budget to the floor at the earliest. The budget may be

presented either in a table meeting or may even consider emailing it, followed

by an SMS informing that the budget has been emailed.

b. After a discussion on the budget the same shall be required to be proposed and

seconded in a table meeting.

On completion of the budgeted event, the convenor shall prepare the accounts,

and while doing so shall follow the following methodology;

a. Event accounts shall be required to be presented within 3 weeks of the event end

date. The convener may submit the accounts to the floor either in a table meeting

or may even consider emailing it, followed by an SMS informing that the event

accounts have been emailed.

b. If the convener expresses inability to submit the event accounts within the

prescribed deadline, the chairman may choose to give a grace period of

additional 1 week to submit accounts.

c. Upon such an extension for presenting the accounts, the convener shall be

obliged to submit accounts by the due date. Failure to submit the accounts within

the stipulated 4 weeks period shall attract a fine of ` 1,000/- per meeting thereon.

The chairman may even choose to take up any further action on the convener, as

per the guidelines of the RTI blue book.

d. On submission of accounts to the floor, such accounts shall not be taken up for

adoption in lesser than 48 hours of submitting the account to the floor.

e. Before officially proposing the accounts for adoption, the convener shall ask the

floor for any queries that the floor may have.

f. Once the convener has properly clarified all queries, the chairman shall ask the

floor if the floor is willing to take the accounts for adoption.

g. If the floor is willing to take the accounts for adoption, the convener shall propose

the accounts and the same shall be required to be seconded.

h. Approval of all accounts shall be taken up only in a table meeting.

i. If the floor is unwilling to take the accounts for adoption, the convenor may

demand a written note on any queries or concerns that the members of the floor

may have, which the convener shall be required to reply in written. Upon

receiving an approval from 2/3rd of the total present attendance on the floor, the

chairman may treat the accounts as approved and passed.

Rule No : 2 ; GENERAL RULES

Any event related to a tabling facet (other than a table meeting), information for

which has been sent via an SMS to all active tablers, by the table convener of that

tabling facet or the table chairman can be treated as a table event and hence

same can be minuted.

Any fellowship event, information for which has been sent via an SMS to all active

tablers, by the table fellowship convener or the table chairman and the event has

been attended by atleast 25% of the active tablers can be treated as a table event

and hence same can be minuted. There shall not be any binding in regards to the

advance notice for fellowships. The intent of this rule is only to encourage regular

fellowships among tablers and families to improve the bonding among one

another.
