JUST A STONE’S THROW AWAY is Brean’s famousfive-mile stretch of sandy beach. Have a superb dayout sunbathing, swimming, building sandcastles oreven horse riding! There is a designated section ofthe beach that allows vehicles, so load up the car tosave carrying everything. You can’t miss BreanDown, one of the most remarkable landmarks of theSomerset coastline. Climb the steep peninsula to seestriking panoramic views of the area and explore the

historic Napoleonic fort.Warren Farm has plenty of open space for all sortsof activities such as playing sports, games, walkingand bike rides. Use your imagination and enjoy somequality time with family and friends in the fresh air.Why not stop for a picnic too?Every Wednesday through peak season a markettakes place on site, be sure to browse the stalls andpick up some holiday bargains.

The spaciousgames field is great for football, volleyball andbasketball; why not all get together for a match?There are outdoor playgrounds in most of thetouring fields, keeping the kids happy while youwatch from the comfort of your pitch. And in thesummer join our resident children’s entertainers forweekly fun and games at the Kid’s Club.

Have fun whatever the weather - the Play Barn isan indoor complex with arcade, soft play area,bowling and pool lounge - perfect for a rainy day.Every evening at Pets Corner you can hold theguinea pigs, stroke the goats and meet our very ownDanny the Donkey. THE BEACHCOMBER IS OUR ON-SITE CLUBHOUSE,providing delicious food and fantastic liveentertainment throughout the season. We have anextensive menu offering generous portions of homecooked favourites, as well as our legendary Sundaycarvery, all at highly competitive prices. There is alarge beer garden, children’s room, family restaurantand cabaret bar, with projector screens throughoutto show your favourite Sky Sports matches.

The Beachcomber hosts a variety of top class shows,including cabaret, comedy and tribute bands, withno admission cost. This is followed by a lively latenight disco with our resident DJ, so get your dancingshoes on! Our resident children’s entertainers hostgames and party dances in the Pirates’Cove, and specially booked children’sshows feature every weekend in highseason.

THE FARM WALK allows you to stroll throughhundreds of acres of stunning countryside at WarrenFarm. Spot local wildlife and venture throughworking arable farmland as you immerse yourself inthe breathtaking scenery. There are plenty of idealplaces to stop, relax and enjoy the tranquillity. Yourdog will thank you for it too! Or take a ride on thebumpy tractor-trailer around the farm to see thecountryside without the extensive walking.

Our 3-acre fishing lake is well-stocked with a varietyof coarse fish. Fishing is free for our customers and apleasant way to spend a peaceful day. There areseveral other ponds positioned around the FarmWalk if you prefer somewhere smaller and quieter tofish. Sea fishing is also permitted on the beach justopposite. Make sure you pop in to J.T. Angling foryour supplies, our very own fishing tackle and baitshop.

WE OFFER SPACIOUS, LEVEL PITCHES for touring andcamping in either pet-friendly or pet-free areas.Field’s 5 and 6 are the busiest touring locations asthey are closer to the main facilities and clubhouse.Sunnyside Touring Park offers more tranquilsurroundings yet is only a five minute walk to themain complex, so you won’t miss out! Our award-winning washroom and facility blocks have allmodern amenities including private disabled rooms

and well-equipped launderettes. There are on-siteconvenience stores, a caravan accessories shop &sales area, a gift shop and ice cream parlour, as wellas fish and chips and Chinese takeaways.If you are after a little more luxury, Isis Park is ourfleet of deluxe static holiday homes available tohire. Set in its own exclusive area by the beach, withbeautiful views of coast and country, the park haswon the Rose Award for its very high standards.
