Week 1Monday

AM1. If you haven’t already done so, sign up for a

Central Password Manager.2. Spend this session locating and entering your

passwords into your Password Manager. (You will only have to do this ONCE—and it will save you hours of time, over the year, if you’re one of those who is always hunting for and re-setting passwords.

3. Print out or write your central password in your Master Business Manual—the one only seen by you and your executors, in the event of an emergency.

2. Decide how you will formally create workflows from now on.

3. Decide where and how you will share these.

4. Create important flowcharts and share with relevant staff or contractors.

2. Make a final decision on what systems you need to scrap, merge or replace existing systems with.

3. Make a decision on who will access these systems: Yourself, your VA or another specialist?

4. Sign up for one new system per day, and spend your session reading the documentation and working your way through any tutorials.

REMEMBER TO DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL MANUAL for each system.
