eTime Sheet Login / General Information
eTimesheet login - WSU eServices allows WSU employees to auto login direcily toeTimesheet if already logged into WSU network eliminating the entry of Star lD andpassword each time you go into eTimesheet.
Steos:
1. Start out at the Winona State homepaqe. www.winona.edu2. Click on the'Faculty & Staff'page located in the lower right hand corner.3. lf signed into WSU system, click on 'eServices.'
4. From the drop down menu under the 'eServices' link, follow the link to'eTimesheets' located in the middle column, second from the top.
5. First time users will be prompted to read eTime Reporting procedures then selectOK and will be offered the option to log in.
lf you are not logged into the system under your wSU account, you will not see the'eServices' tab until you log in as Faculty/Staff.

As a supervisor utilizing eTimesheets, it is your responsibility to review employee
timesheets for accuracy and adherence with collective bargaining agreements before
submitting to payroll,
Since eTimesheets provide statewide coding choices, a code guide forWSU is provided

. HOL - Holiday is system generated and does not require leave request
lmmediate notification to Human Resources is needed for other leave requests
including Family Medical Leave, Governor Salary savings Leave, Jury Duty Leave and
Unpaid Leave.

Reporting leave Time
Beginning August 18,201,4, all faculty will begin to submit leave requestselectronically. The Time and Leave Reporting application (TLR) is a web-basedapplication that enables eligible faculty members (lFO and MSCF) to submit leaverequests electronically. This system will provide one location where you willsubmit leave requests, track your approvals, find your leave balances, and reviewa history of your leave activity.

A Star lD and password are required to access the system. lf you do not knowyour Star lD or it needs to be reactivated, you may click on Forgot StarlD? whenaccessing the link.
This electronic process replaces the previous paper system. This process doesnot, however, replace the regular communication you have with your supervisorregarding your academic schedule, work time, and time off.
For optimal browser performance use Firefox 25.0 or greater, Chrome, Safari orlnternet Explorer 9. lf using Internet Explorer 8 or older, most of the requestfunctiona lity will not work.

This document will help you with accessing the site, instructions for how toenter leave and many more helpfultips and tools. You will also have access to anew function within the Time and Leave Reporting application called EmployeePay Details report. This report can be found under a tab entitled Emplovee pov
Details- Pav Details Report. The Employee Pay Details report provides anemployee with information by pay period and check date of scheduled pay andwhat was actually paid (Pay Check) across all institutions. The report showstotals by pay period and keeps a calculated balance each pay period.

Enter a leave request-To enler a new request for time off, choose the Green New Reguest button on the Manage Requestt page,
then complete the following steps:
l. Choosethe date or dates byclickingon them on the calendar, (Nore: Onlyonetypeof leavemaybere-quested per leave request.)
2. Choose the Leave Type from the drop down menu.
3. Enter the amount of time requested per day. (|'4SCF Faculty must request leave in half or full days.)
4. Enter comments in the box provided. Note: Comments are required for leave requested more than 2 payperiods in the past, or for Bereavement Leave.
5. Click on the Sqbmit button.
6. Once the request is submitted, you will see it in the list of requests. New requests are highlighted in blue.
7. Clickon the ' icon in lhe More column to see additional deraits about rhe reques!.

To Navigate Using the Main Menu
An alternative way to navigate is to use the Main Menu where "ftoating dropdown menu navigation"is available.

When You Are Finished Viewing or Updating Information in Self Service
Be sure to sign out by cticking the Sign out @ tinr in the upper-right corner of the page. lf you do not sign outand you are using a public computer, the next person may be able to click the back button on the browser and viewyour information. lt is important to also close all PDF files that opened in separate windows. lf you don't closethe PDF files, they remain open and available to the next person using the same computer.
Close the browser window only after you sign out. When the browser window is closed without signing out, the SelfService session continues to be connected for several more minutes before it is terminated. These unnecessaryconnections reduce available resources for other users.

Parkins Permits
Winona State University offers permits for members of the campus community who choose topark on campus. Permits vary in price and location depending on the type of permit purchased.
Parking permit applications can be accessed at http://www.winona.edu/parkingy'aoolication.asp.All outstanding citations and fees must be paid prior to processing a new permit application.
Types of Permits
GoldGold permits are $195.00 per year. This allows parking in all gold parking lots throughout the
academic year. Gold permits are available for employee and student commuters only. Most Goldlots are monitored between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (Gold lots 5 & 6 are
monitored until 6 p.m. and Gold lot 4 is monitored 24 hours). Parking is pfshtb{gd in all Goldparking lots between the hours of 2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. the entire year, Monday - Sunday.
PurplePurple permits are $90.00 per year. Faculty, staff& students who do not reside on campus and
commute can purchase this type of permit. Purple lots are monitored between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.Monday through Friday. Parking is plsbibilcd in all Purple parking lots between the hours of2:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. the entire year, Monday - Sunday.
Cycle (Gray)Motorcycle/moped permits are $25.00 per year, and authorizes those driving to campus to parkin desigrated motorcycle/moped parking areas. Cycle parking is monitored 24 hours a day in the
area outside of Prentiss-Lucas and between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. in all other locations.
Handicap (Blue)Handicap parking pemits are $90.00 per year. Those wishing to purchase this permit mustprovide the necessary documentation (state permit and supporting documentation). Designatedspaces can be found on the handicap parking map. Handicap spaces are monitored 24 hours aday Sunday through Saturday.

When you arrive on campusThe offrce of Admissions is located in Maxwell Hall, First Floor. As with many universities,
parking is limited. For larger visit days and events, we often designate parking for visitors.
For other events or individual visits, a small number of spaces may be available in front ofSomsen Hall at Sanbom and Johnson Streets. Additional parking may be available in the Gold
and Purple Lots. We suggest that you stop at the Office of Admission, Maxwell 106' for a
temporary permit for WSU-restricted lots.
