Thanks to all of you who participated in St. Rose Adopt-A-Family program. Your generosity in giving and timely delivering of beautifully wrapped packages allowed us to get the packages to their destinations easily and took
very little effort on our part at the end of the drive. I’m sure that those we gifted were delighted by the abundance of lovely packages under their trees on Christmas morning. I know I would have been overwhelmed. You certainly showed Christ’s
presence by your presents!
God bless you all! Jeanne & Ashleigh

In Loving Memory of (omitted in last weeks bulletin) The Curtis Kessler Family
and Jezak Family
Think back to the days when you first learned your prayers. Was the Hail Mary among them? What
did it mean to you then? What memories
does it stir up? What does it mean to you
now? Do you see Mary as your spiritual
mother, with an interest in you and an
everlasting love for you? Today, take some time to pray the Hail Mary slowly, line by line, word by word. If anything in particular jumps out at you, stay with those words for a while and come back to them throughout the day. Perhaps you can slowly say one Hail Mary every day this month, noting whether any new feeling come up or any different works or lines speak to you. “Holy Mary, sometimes we
feel like motherless children. Draw us to you at those
times so that we do not lose our way”.
