CIRED 2017 Conference and Exhibition
CIRED is the leading forum for the international electricity distribution community. The conference and exhibition together enables members of the community to come and hear
from leading experts, update their knowledge, contribute and network with peers, specialists and practitioners.Attracting 1,914 guests, this 5 day event featured 739 exhibitors, 5 tutorials, 24 lectures,
12 round table discussions, , 24 poster tours, 5 technical visits and gala dinner!

Trenport Investment Ceremony & Reception
We were bought in to plan, manage and deliver the inaugural Bridge Opening Ceremony at Peters Village, Kent. Due to the complexities of building the event venue in such unique
surroundings we were required to research, select and manage all suppliers, oversee the event build and manage every aspect of its delivery. The event was covered by local ITV
and BBC news teams.

IET@ IBC Amsterdam
IBC is the world's leading media, entertainment and technology show. The IBC Exhibition covers fifteen halls across the RAI in Amsterdam, hosting over 1,700 exhibitors and a
number of specially curated feature areas and events that tie into the IBC Conference. We were responsible for the design, production and delivery of the IET’s exhibition stand
and associated meetings.

Supplier Management On-Site Delivery
A Charity Ball to attract 150 guests for an evening of food, drink, entertainment and most importantly fundraising. They had selected the date, found the venue, started to approach suppliers and had developed a clear vision. What they needed was a little guidance and
on-site support to deliver the event. With our focus on the management of the night, their focus was on making connections and making money!

We were bought in to plan, manage and deliver the IET’s annual party, a key event in their calendar which forms part of their reward and recognition programme for their staff.
Previously, they have managed the event themselves; but with a guest list exceeding 350 people, they wanted to reduce their internal burden and felt that outsourcing the event would not only allow
them to enjoy it more, but also to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Celebration Event | Brixton East
The client had approached us 14 months before the event date. The venue had been selected, Brixton East 1871, a nineteenth century old furniture warehouse. The venue was a dry hire venue which meant that all catering, equipment, crockery, glass wear and décor needed to be hired in. With so many suppliers to manage on the day, the client needed specific assistance and support
with coordinating the suppliers on-site and to manage the event itself.
