    Meezan Bank e-Statement Service Terms & Conditions

    I (hereinafter referred to as the "customer"), do hereby confirm having requested, Meezan Bank Limited(hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") to transmit and provide periodical Statements of Account ("Statements")pertaining to my account(s) specified in the Schedule above ("Accounts") via Electronic Mail ("e-mail") instead ofhard-copy printed Statements(s) entirely at my risk and responsibility.

    also transmit e-Statements to the Account holders semi-annually or at such other intervals as required by theState Bank Pakistan. The customer will inform the Bank within forty five (45) days of the date of the relevantstatement of account of any mistake, discrepancy and/or error in the same otherwise the same would beconsidered correct and accepted by the Customer.

    In case, Account Statement is sent through e-mail, the Bank will not be held responsible for any misuse of theinformation so relayed, incomplete information, e-mail containing Account Statement gets bounced back/ could notbe delivered due to reasons of e-mail Box Full, Server unavailability, or other such reasons.

    4.

    The Customer acknowledges that the Bank provides consolidated e-Statement of accounts to its PremiumBanking customers. In case of change of status of Premium Banking relationship, the Bank shall continue toprovide e-Statement of accounts, however, it shall be provided in unconsolidated format.

    5.

    The Customer gives its consent that the Bank may subscribe automatically other existing accounts of customeropened with the same Customer ID in any of Meezan Bank Branch to e-Statement service.

    6.

    Any new account(s) that may be opened by the Customer from time to time with the Meezan Bank, will beautomatically enrolled for e-Statement service.

    7.

    The Customer acknowledges that the Bank is entitled to market its own or group products and services to itscustomers via e-mail and other channels.
