OILMAN warrants its products to be free from defects in materials, quantity and quality under normal

use and services for one year from the date of shipment. The liability for any defects shill be limited to

the repair or replacement of such products, or at the option of OILMAN the refunding of purchase pri-

ces. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied,

and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of OILMAN, which shall not be liable for any damages

overstepping this warranty. Any controversy or dispute arising out of the sale of OILMAN products

shall be arbitrated in accordance with Laws and regulations of P.R. of China.

BS Well Head Equipments and X-mas Trees

These products are manufactured by API 6A. Maximum working pressure of the well head equipments is 105

MPa, maximum hanging load is 300 t.

BS Casing head housing

Features:

BS casing head housing is a standard type, which accepts the BS casing hanger, to allow variation in casing

programs and well conditions. Top flange accords with API 6B/6BX. Casing head housing uses thread or weld-

ing bottom connection.

BS Casing spool is forging or casting, its mechanical property

reaches API Spec.6A requirements for wellhead equipment. It

has high operating pressure and safe reliability. The top flange

and the bottom flange reach API 6B or API 6BX requirements.

- The″controlled friction″slip structure provides maximum casing load and minimum radial loading, espe-

cially available for thin wall casing.

- Depending on the casing load through slip, the primary seal packing can be energized by itself to seal annu-

lus space.

BS Tubing hanger has three types: S, WA and MH.

- S tubing hanger has three kinds of structure: non-extended neck, extended seal-neck and extended

seal- neck with control line.

- WA tubing hanger is a wrap-around tubing hanger to seal the annulus space between the casing string and

tubing. It is used with MH mandrel type hanger or tubing head adapter.

- MH tubing hanger is a mandrel-type tubing hanger that is assembled with adapter by buttress thread. WA

tubing hanger must be installed bellow the MH tubing hanger. On requests of customers, MH tubing

hanger can be provided with back pressure valve threads in the bore.

BS S Tubing spool is a straight bore design available with top

flange of 7 1/16"nominal size for single tubing completions

and 11" nominal size for electrical submersible pump comple-

tion and dual tubing completion. The working pressure ranges

from 14MPa(2000psi) to 70MPa(10000psi).

BS ESP Wellhead and X-mas tree (WHT06)It is available with casing size 7" and 9 5/8". Its operating pressure is up to

5000psi.

Features:- Designing, manufacturing and quality control are in accordance with API Spec 6A latest edition.

- Designed for production of land and offshore cluster well, is available

with flowing production or ESP production.

- Non-integral cable penetrator is used to seal the cable of ESP.

- Integral composite valve of main body provides compact volume suitable

for cluster well.

Pneumatic safety valve is usually opened at outlet of X-mas tree, and it

can be automatically closed when emergency happens.

SK Well Head Equipments and X-mas Trees

SK YS Single tubing assembled completed solid block X-mas tree According to the special conditions of offshore oilfield and onshore oil-

field, production wellhead equipment can be designed as packaged style

or unitized style. The product can meet all kinds of field requirements and

different well conditions. The product accords with API specification.

SK YS Dual tubing solid block X-mas tree can produce oil from different

formation in the same time that is composed of main valve, combination

valve, X-mas tree and so on.

SK ESP X-mas tree with cable penetration device (WHT09)

It is very convenient to change the flowing well to pumping

well by using SK ESP X-mas tree with cable penetration de-

vice under wellhead equipment is not change.

SK KR Vapor production wellhead equipment is composed of X-mas tree

and tubing head spool that is a key equipment for producing heavy oil. The

working temperature can reach 380℃.

SK KQ Production wellhead equipment is combined with

PF parallel slide valve. The highest working pressure of the

product is 105MPa.

SK SL- Y Tubing head spool uses single Y style seal ring, to fulfill

secondary seal that is injected plastic sealing lipid at any time, so

that well sealing performance is more reliable.

SK S - YY Tubing head spool has two Y style seal rings and a set of

pressure test hole that is injected plastic sealing lipid at any time, so

that well sealing performance is more reliable.

SK S & S-Y Casing hang equipment (WHT16) is manufactured in accordance

with API standard that is composed of casing head, casing hanger and by-

pass valve, and so on.

SK Casing head (WHT17) has three types that include slip type, weld type

and thread type. Their rated working pressure is 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000 psi.

Feature:

- The EP tubing hanger is mandrel type hanger with an extended

neck that is installed two T sealing ring that have reliable property.

- The DP tubing hanger has the passage of downhole control line

that is used to connect the downhole control line to surface control

desk.

SK SSLRT Double tubing type tubing hanger (WHT15)

has 8", 10", 12", etc that can hang 2 3/8", 2 7/8",3 1/2" and 4" tubing,

that is used for double tubing completion.
