Design Considerations:

Chilled water should be between 55 and 60 deg. F. Handles sensible load only. Need DOAS system to handle latent load, ventilation requirements, and pressurization. Avoid openings to outdoors where using chilled beams. Provide dewpoint sensor in room and at ceiling for each space. Verify pressure in building stays positive.

Radiant cooling panels: 20-40 BTU/SF Passive chilled beams: 120-150 BTU/SF Active chilled beams: 400-750 BTU/SF
