DescriptionDemonstration highlighting key functionality of the UG NX Workgroup Manager.
Notes Picks marked in yellow might not work. Please skip those steps. This problem should be resolved soon. Picks marked in red are not working. Please skip those steps. Further install, configuration, and licensing information specific to these UWGM demos can be found here. NX information can be found here. The Workgroup Manager often heads to the front of the active window during demonstrations. It is best to minimize and maximize the Workgroup Manager, CAD tool, and web browser when switching between programs. This prevents the Workgroup Manager from appearing to pop-up during the demonstration. If during a demo you are prompted to update models upon check-in, select OK or Yes. After the CAD tools were updated, models should have been updated as well but you may still be prompted. CAD WORKERS are NOT set to auto-start in the image. If you want to turn on server-side publishing you will want to change this setting in the WORKER AGENT ADMINISTRATOR (log on as wcadmin and point to the site utilities tab) and check the option to auto start as shown
