The WS-Series Wing Scalder cascades an equalized level of hot water in excess of 550 gallons per minute to help stretch and loosen wings, making them more accessible for picking. This system allows for localized picking in the critical areas and also reduces product damage associated with wing breakage or over-scalding. - WATER IMPACT ON WINGS ALLOWS FOR BETTER PICKING ACCESS - IMPROVE ENTIRE PICKING PROCESS & REDUCE SCALD TEMPERATURES - SUPERIOR DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE VS. COMPETITION When fully utilizing the Wing Scalder, temperatures in the whole bird scalders can be reduced, saving energy while still maintaining optimal picking of the bird. Only the water absorbed by the bird will be replaced by means of the system float valve, so continuous recirculation of the Wing Scalder water will keep water consumption to a bare minimum. Ask us about system screening & treatment options for recirculated Wing Scalder water as well as water heating alternatives for processors without sufficient steam capabilities. The DMP Wing Cascade Scalder has been specically designed to improve production yield, minimize operating costs and reduce wing damage throughout the picking process. The WS-Series Wing Scalder cascades an equalized level of hot water in excess of 550 gallons per minute to help stretch and loosen wings, making them more accessible for picking. This system allows for localized picking in the critical areas and also reduces product damage associated with wing breakage or over-scalding.

- WATER IMPACT ON WINGS ALLOWS FOR BETTER PICKING ACCESS

- IMPROVE ENTIRE PICKING PROCESS & REDUCE SCALD TEMPERATURES

- SUPERIOR DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE VS. COMPETITION

When fully utilizing the Wing Scalder, temperatures in the whole bird scalders can be reduced, saving energy while still maintaining optimal picking of the bird. Only the water absorbed by the bird will be replaced by means of the system oat valve, so continuous recirculation of the Wing Scalder water will keep water consumption to a bare minimum.
