Introduction to Computing WorkshopBy: Hartnell College This Computer Literacy Workshop is designed for adults with a desire to learn how to use a computer. You will learn basic concepts, techniques on the correct use of the mouse and keyboard, internet and email. In addition, you will be given information that you can take advantage of online and support with basic computing issues. These workshops are offered in Spanish only. Salud Para Todos-Wellness ProgramBy: Visiting Nurses AssociationIn collaboration CHISPA and VNA Community Services will bring onsite health education and wellness activities to residents of CHISPA Harden Ranch Apartments. Based on previous success in CHISPA neighborhoods; the first step is to establish trust among the residents and identify individuals within the complex who will be mentored as Leaders for Health. Lunch ProgramBy: Area Agency on AgingThe Senior Lunch Program is a partnership between CHISPA, the Alisal School District Food Service Kitchen, and the Area Agency on Aging. Nutritious meals are served Monday through Friday (except holidays) and follow dietary guidelines for older adults. Seniors in the Lunch Program are asked to donate as much as they can to cover the cost of their meal. The cost of lunch is $7.50 for all guests and others not enrolled. Everyone is invited to enjoy a good lunch, great company, and fun activities. Sherwood Village: M-F 11:30am-12:30pmSeniors only

Senior SocialBy: Bertha ZamudioSenior Social is aimed for seniors to enjoy two hours per week of social events, distractions, and at the same time it gives them the opportunity to cook healthier meals, hands-on.
