C O N F I R M A T I O N S & D E P O S I T S
Please be aware your reservation is only confirmed with us when you've received a booking confirmation email and we have received the arranged deposit. We are happy to hold a day for you temporarily however if we receive an enquiry for another event in this time we reserve the right to ask you for immediate confirmation and deposit, or we may release the date to
another party.
Whilst we do not have a booking fee for the areas we do during certain days of the year have minimum spends. This will be arranged and will be tailored to the size of your event. Please
don’t hesitate to ask us for any guidance about this.
The balance is required to be settled on the day of your event. On arrival we will ask you for a card to act as a guarantee. Speak with us if you would like to pay in advance which can
also be arranged.
D E P O S I T P A Y M E N T T E R M S
Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit pre-payment which will be redeemed on the night of your event.
The deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days prior to your bookings date. The deposit can only be redeemed against the bill, it cannot be refunded in cash or via PDQ payment.
In case of an agreed minimum spend, the balance is payable on or before the day of your booking. On arrival we will kindly ask you for a card to act as a guarantee. Should the minimum spend not be reached, the balance must be settled on the day. Please be aware that
if the agreed minimum spend is not reached, the deposit will not be redeemed/refunded.
P R E O R D E R S
For bookings of 15 people or more we require a preorder to be sent over not later than a week in advance.
In order to provide the best possible service we require notice of at least a week for any event.
Events of larger than 40 people where food is being ordered we require two weeks’ notice.
The final bill will include the price of the confirmed pre-order, independently from the attendance of the guests and the actual consumption.
As a venue we ask that no food or drinks are to be consumed in this venue that have not been purchased from the premises.
Let us know prior to your event if there are any special requirements you need, for example waiters to hand out canapés or decorations to be put up allowing us time to ensure we meet your needs.
S E R V I C E C H A R G E
For group and event bookings we add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to your final food and drinks bill. By the end of your event we are sure you’ll agree our staff deserve it, and if
not, please do let us know why.
