• All prices quoted exclude VAT and flooring, which are compulsory
• November and December rates are increased by 25%
• Weekend rates are available at R2 000 ex VAT per day Friday to Sunday, Main Promotions and Clicks/Pick ‘n Pay are let out for R2 200 ex Vat per day Friday to Sunday
• All rates are subject to change without notice
• Any parking costs incurred are for
the exhibitor’s account
Exhibitions continued
• A fully signed contract is required two weeks prior to the exhibitions
• Each page must be initialed by two people (main signatory and a witness)
• Public liability to the value of R2 000 000 is required
• Payment is required two weeks prior to the exhibition
• Set up is only permitted upon receipt of a signed contract with public liability
• Set up is only permitted outside of centre trading hours
