金隅万科广场

整栋建筑由成对对称单元组成，在外立面加以不断重复。为了避免这些单元的大量反复和洞口的相同位置可能造成的视觉重复感，我们引入了两种便利设施元素-凸窗和阳台。这些凸出元素为设计凭添了广度和深度。

这些凸出元素所在的位置经过缜密规划，为了保证阳台不计入建筑面积，两种元素融为一体，每扇凸窗顶如同其上方楼层的阳台。这些单元有序沿外立面排列，创造活力优雅的作品和细部呈现，而并不凭借纯粹的修饰性元素为每个单元增加了价值。

The entire building is composed of pairs of mirrored units that repeat throughout the length of the façade. To overcome the massive repetition of these units and the identically located openings, two amenity elements are introduced on the façade, bay windows and balconies.

These protruding elements add variety as well as depth to the façade. The locations of these elements were carefully planned to not add GFA, by ensuring that the balcony element does not have cover on the floor immediately above it. The two elements are combined into one unit with the roof of each bay window acting as the balcony for the level above it. These units are then arrayed strategically along the façade to add a level of composition and detail without the use of purely decorative elements while adding value to each unit.

通过建筑在园区内的突出位置，显示中国服务外包市场的显著地位。

The future landmark centrepiece of Z Park, a cross junction of ecological, high tech industry and academia zones located to the north of Beijing, The New Market Trading Centre of China International Service Outsourcing features spectacular green views and an iconic architectural form.

The campus building will become a significant anchor for Z Park’s overall masterplan, as well represent China’s significant outsourcing industry.

香港洲际酒店

洲际酒店是公认的世界顶级酒店，位于香港的洲际酒店坐落于九龙滨海的位置并坐拥香港岛的秀丽美景。

洲际酒店的宴会厅可以同时容纳多达 1,300位宾客进行鸡尾酒会，以及 700多位宾客就餐。它也是香港最大的宴会厅，而且拥有最高的楼层净高，宴会厅内是完全没有支柱的阻挡，能提供扩宽的空间。

酒店的大堂和大堂酒廊翻新设计体现了奢华的品质享受，大堂酒廊拥览全港最美丽的维港景色。大堂酒廊拥有体验香港的最佳位置，它环绕式、三层高的落地窗和全景海港视野使洲际酒店及其大堂酒廊成为30年来一个独特的奢华标志。在这特色的大堂酒廊，无论客人安坐在大堂酒廊任何一个角落，维多利亚海港的景致均能尽收眼底。同时，客人可以从外面一眼就认出这个大堂酒廊，打造内外兼备的标志。大堂酒廊的翻新设计必须微妙地提升现有设施，而不是只把原标志性景观打造。此翻新设计的关键是确保不能以任何方式遮挡海港美景，提升这种欣赏美景的体验。

With its dramatic Kowloon waterfront location on the edge of Victoria Harbour, the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong is one of the city’s most well-known and established luxury hotels. From numerous locations throughout the hotel the strunning harbour views and the Hong Kong skyline can be enjoyed.

The ballroom is able to accommodate up to 1,300 guests for cocktails and over 700 guests for dinner. It is also Hong Kong’s largest ballroom with the highest ceiling level (obstruction free with no pillars or chandeliers).

The lobby lounge offers the most extraordinary vantage point from which to experience Hong Kong. Its wrap-around, three-storey plate glass windows and panoramic harbour views have made this venue the place to see and be seen for over three decades. The new design needed to be a subtle enhancement to the existing facility rather than an overpowering new design that would compete with the iconic views. Key to the design brief was ensuring the harbour view would not be obstructed in any way and it was considered important that the new design should enhance the experience of the view.

银泰五星级酒店

该五星级酒店是温岭城市新的整体规划中的焦点。

两边被河流环抱，四周皆是美丽的湿地景观和山脉，新的度假酒店将成为充满活力的、令人向往的目的地，从而促进当地经济文化的发展。

除了位于塔楼内的住宅和酒店客房，该项目还包括宴会厅/会议设施，以及各式各样的餐饮服务。设计处处确保高品质的客户体验，包括南方海滨美食体验、步行街、在塔楼和裙楼的多层中庭空间、屋顶花园、特色俱乐部和位于塔楼最顶层的观景台。

目前项目处于初步设计阶段，伍兹贝格团队将继续不断完善设计，将其打造成一个美丽的建筑群。项目预计于今年年底动工，等建成后，温岭银泰五星级酒店将成为浙江南部区域的地标性建筑。工程预计于2015年竣工。

Wenling 5-star Hotel is the focal point of the new master plan for the city of Wenling.

Positioned between two water ways, with extensive views of the wetlands and mountains in the region, the new resort will be an active destination to support the local culture and economy.

In addition to the residences and guest rooms located within the towers, the project includes ballroom and conferencing facilities along with a variety of dining options. Design highlights to ensure a quality guest experience include the creation of a southern waterfront dining experience and pedestrian promenade, multi-storey atrium spaces in both the tall tower and podium, roof-top gardens, as well as a feature club and observation deck occupying the highest levels of the tall tower.

With design development underway, the Woods Bagot team is continuing to refine the design of what has become a beautiful building composition. Construction is scheduled to commence later this year, and the Wenling Intime 5 Star Hotel is set to become a regional icon in south Zhejiang when complete in 2015.
