Welcome! Good Morning — Tabernacle church extends a warm welcome to our guests & members. Today, we are blessed to have the word of God shared by sister Pamela LewisPamela LewisPamela Lewis. Let’s praise our Creator
as we worship together!
Our Church Mission is to share Jesus’ life-transforming truths of the Bible with family, friends, and
community through the ministry of our spiritual gifts.
To be better acquainted and to best serve you, we invite you to fill out the ConnectionsConnectionsConnections card (in pews). You may place your card in the collection plate or give it to a deacon/elder/pastor
at the door. We are very happy you are here today!
Scripture JEREMIAH 17:5-8 NKJV
Thus says the Lord:
“Cursed is the man who trusts in man
And makes flesh his strength,
Whose heart departs from the Lord.
For he shall be like a shrub in the desert,
And shall not see when good comes,
But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness,
In a salt land which is not inhabited.
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.”

Garden of Prayer Our church family is continuing our fresh way of making our Church Family Prayer a more significant element of worship together. Your
tremendous response is awesome!
Because our prayer time together in the worship service is truly the pinnacle of corporate connection with God, we hope that you will be increasingly involved in sharing with each
other’s prayers in this way:
During our WELCOME time of our worship service, you are invited to fill out a Connections card (in pews) with your prayer request. Then, for CHURCH FAMILY PRAYER, you are invited to bring your card to the front of the sanctuary to either be left with the worship leader or for you to
stay and pray with the leader up front. Praise our King for such access!
