WOW Mobile was founded in 2012 by two individual with vast experience in telecommunication and marketing industry and later on incorporated to WOWMOBILE ASIA SDN BHD in 2013 (under the Companies Act, 1965) . Although it was started with a modest capital, today WOW Mobile has been earmarked as the fastest growing and Telco player in Asia region. With our head office in Seberang Jaya, Penang and international headquarters/garrison in Hong Kong, we currently serve numerous clients from South East Asia region. Desperate of a change in the way we communicate effectively, WOW MOBILE SDN BHD was launched on 17

January 2013. After an endless effort, research and development (R&D) done by our nucleus team, WOW MOBILE SDN BHD was awarded Application Service Provider (ASP) license from Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commission (MCMC) thus making us to take up the role as a telecommunication player in Malaysia. WOW Mobile places a strong emphasis on TELCO cooperation with other ASEAN countries due to the inter-dependent nature of VoIP services. Similarly, ties are being formalized and will be established soon with mega VoIP countries, like China, United States and Australia that shares similar software and packages/business outstretch with WOW Mobile (VoIP).

Dato’ Abdul Aziz bin Singah, Chairman

Dato’ Aziz Singah is a popular figure in Malaysian Filming Industry. He has always been earmarked as a “fatherhood figure” actor in most of Malaysian movies/dramas’/telecast. Be as it may, Dato’ Aziz Singah is also recognized as a business leader in Malaysia, he has more than 40 years of business/marketing experience from various industries and concurrently inspired many local companies success. At present, he play roles as the Chairman of WOW Mobile and ensures the effective operation of the Board and its committees in conformity with the highest standards of corporate governance. Dato Aziz Singah primarily focused on strategy, performance, value creation and accountability, and ensure that issues relevant to those areas are considered by the Board.

Sivanash Sharma, CEO and CO-Founder

As WOW Mobile CEO, Sivanash is responsible for WOW Mobile day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the company’s research and development and technology strategy. He co-founded WOW Mobile with his colleague Clement in 2012 while serving together at a international company in Penang. Sivanash holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from University of Texas, United States.

Clement Raj, Business Director and CO-Founder

Being the Co-Founder of WOW Mobile, Clement Raj has helped grow the company from a valley to a global VoIP leader in telecommunication industry. As business director, he is responsible for the external matters of WOW Mobile, building partnerships and broader business relationships. Prior to joining WOW Mobile, Clement served as an Engineer in various local and international company in Malaysia. Clement earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Malaysian Technology University and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Engineering field at Wawasan Open University.

Gilbert Lim, Strategy Partnership Director

Gilbert Lim has 30 years of business experience. Gilbert Lim is a believer of the Network Marketing industry. Mark Yap, Consumer Business Director

Mark Yap has 18 years experience in insurance industry and over 10 years of experience in the corporate world.
