Exisng residenal apartment building was built in 2007 and includes 12 units. Approved as a discreonary use in the General Commercial (C-G) land use district. Recently, interested buyers of units have been deterred as they have been unable to secure financing due to the commercial zoning. The land will be rezoned to High Density Residenal (R-150) which beer reflects its exisng use.
