POLICE OFFICER $4,765–$6,537 Month + Excellent Benefits The ideal candidate will have a sense of service, dedication, commitment to excellence and a mature approach to such a critical career field. Ethics, leadership and a strong commitment to integrity are a must in this position. The candidate must possess a sincere desire to participate in public service and supports the philosophy of community oriented policing.

» Classic PERS members: 3% @ 55. Employee cost share 9%.

» New PERS members: 2.7% @ 57. » Deferred Compensation: Available for City

employees. » Medical/Dental/Vision: The City contributions

for employees and their dependents to health, dental and vision premiums. 80% City/20% Employee.

» Employee Assistance Program: City funded/provided.

» Life Insurance: $5,000 for employee & $2,000 for dependents paid by the City. Employees may elect to purchase additional coverage.
