Mobile Push Alert for MAM3.0
Mobile Push Alert (MPA) is used for technicians that are dealingwith urgent trouble calls
Benefits:
Notify technicians of emergency calls (via SMS)
Notify technicians to download new work orders or notifications
Technicians notify backend if: “accept” or “reject” a certainassignment
Key capabilities: Notify technicians of new orders & notifications
Alerts can be pushed to one or multiple technicians
Alert status for orders and notifications are tracked in the back officefor each technician
Orders / notifications are transferred to the technician only after thetechnician accepts the assignment
In case of multiple technicians, orders/notifications are transferred to thefirst technician who accepts an assignment
Ensure large data exchange between client and server takes place only
when it is necessary

Signature capture
Technicians are able to capture electronic signatures of theircustomers on the handheld device after the work is performed
Hand signatures are captured on signature pads or handheld devices
One or more signatures can be captured for a related order
The signature(s) are sent and stored in the backend for futurereference
