Conduct research in order to develop knowledge about what your customers do say think and feel ndash understand their needs feelings hopes frustrations desires etc within a defined frameworkndash identify inefficienciesndash identify areas of opportunity

Framing the right problem is the only way to create the right solution for your customers and business Take time to shape the question correctly
