Notes: 1. The following applies to transitional courses.

• Trainees who are studying transitional courses and whose training contracts were received by the Department of Training and Workforce Development’s Apprenticeship Office on or prior to 31 December 2017 will be funded until completion.

• Trainees who are studying transitional courses whose training contracts were received by the Department of Training and Workforce Development’s Apprenticeship Office after 31 December 2017 may not be funded in 2018.

2. The Department will fund qualifications in line with the transition of training products outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

3. The Department will review replacement qualifications on a monthly basis to determine their eligibility for the list. The decisions will be reflected in updates to the Existing worker traineeship funded list at the end of each month. Please note that training places for Existing worker traineeships are limited and subject to budget.
