The thing Im most likely to use today is
Tape on the floor (to make a line for continuum)
The formal language when putting in bids The line on the floor to make manifest our differences
New ideas for creating structures to stimulate conversation

All the activities useful and adaptable
Give myself more time to think and reflect
Embedding opportunities for listening to learner in activities

All activities confirmation that Im doing things well confidence
Focus on conversation
The most significant thing Ive learnt today is
Reaffirmed that learner voice is not just about the classroom but adopting skills for life
To engage creatively/democratically with others and the world
That my current practice encompasses most/all prime objectives of incorporating learnervoice
The wonderful amount of thought and analysis that has gone into learner voice
Creating opportunities for peers to feedback to each other is supportive of learner voice
That you have to keep looking at learner voice in order to do it better
Recognition that what I do does include co-construction and learner voice but I could doeven more
Collecting and using student feedback more on a significant level
Taking time to listen, thinjk and reflect is important and will make working with young peoplemore rewarding for me and the pupils
Some of the strengths and weaknesses of my practice
It pretty much lives up with what I try to do and believe about education reassuring
To trust my politics about empowering young people to, overcome the oppressive powerrelations fostered on them by a system, riddled with inequalities
To reflect on the spiders web and devise ways for more collaboration of all participants to
devise ways of working together
The thing Ive most enjoyed today is
Reflection through conversation suited my style of learning THANK YOU!
