Key Accomplishments: Maintained all SLA agreed uptimes, at 99.998% Redesigned the entire network solution, from Firewalls, VPN tunnels, Core Switches, routing

topology. Redesign and implement MPLS cloud from T-1 solution to local ISP and VPN solution with HA to

increase bandwidth for our restaurant locations and our guests. Consolidated all hypervisors to a single platform VMware with vCenter. Exchange, complete the failed out sourced migration from 2007 to 2010, then 2013 and Office 365 in

ADDONS, INC., LITTLETON, COLORADO APRIL 2009 TO PRESENT

LIFEPICS INC, BOULDER, COLORADO FEB 2007 TO MAR 2009DIRECTOR OF SITE OPERATIONS, INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT, HANDS-ON Hired to take over LifePics Infrastructure / Operations and prepare for 400% growth in first year Redesign a small VC startup environment to a 99.99% available enterprise solution. LifePics is the online photo processing solution for 3886 Merchants, wholesalers and Pro

Photographers. Take a system and infrastructure that was already over tasked and unstable to an enterprise solution

with total redundancy and stability. Changing the culture of LifePics from a small company to enterprise solution provider. In the two years with LifePics our client base changed from small single store locations to corporate

chains like Office Depot, Ritz Camera, Safeway, Target, Verizon wireless, HEB, PE Photo and King Supers.

I was both Director and the only FT person on staff for; Sys Admin, DBA, Technical support (systems).

I was in charge of all infrastructure vendor relationships.Key Accomplishments: Prepared LifePics to be a major player in their market sector against completion like HP-SnapFish,

Shutterfly, Fuji, and Kodiak gallery. Expanded LifePics SAN storage from 23TB solution to over 400TB solution. In 2 years LifePics grew from 500k users in first 7 years to over 4 Million today. Completely redesigned the MS SQL environment to be 100% available and redundant, using SQL

2005, Mirroring, Transaction replication and SQL reporting services. Implemented change management and risk analysis, was lead on all projects for production

environment Performed the Sr. Systems Admin, Storage Engineer and DBA Roles. Redesigned the DB, AD and network security to meet PCI requirements. Maintained server patch management.

CONTRACTOR TO IBM ON THE CENDANT ACCOUNT, GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLORADO OCT 2005 TO FEB 2007RFS SYSTEMS ADMININSTRATOR Contractor to IBM on their largest account Cendant, 5000 total server environment, 2500 Windows

servers. Performed the lead Windows Systems Admin for deployment of new services for all Cendant

Business Units. Performed technical lead on projects across all business lines for Cendant, performing Technical

solutions, resolving potential problems and maintaining IBM and Clients agreed compliancy where meet.

Key Accomplishments: Performed the Sr. Systems Admin role on Exchange 2003 implementations Redesigned the Server build process, reduced Server build times by 1/3. member staff, and acted as Lead Engineer on all server projects. Oversaw the consolidation of five external business units onto the Broe infrastructure in the AD

Migration to Native mode.

R.P CONSULTING, Corona, California Jan 2004 – July 2004 SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER/FIELD ENGINEER Provided expertise to a number of small-and-mid-size clients within the Corona/Riverside area. Oversaw the connection and security of two branch offices through the use of VPN Tunnels and

installed Watchguard firewall/VPN/Intrusion detection. Offered support to a number of different applications and hardware, including networks, Exchange

2003, SQL 2000, Active Directory, 2000/2003 Admin Servers, Backups, Veritas, Intrusion Detection, and Firewall.

Organized Active Directory Migration and took the place of the internal IT department, supporting, installing, and replacing six servers, WatchGuard Firewall/VPN, Exchange 2000, and Server 2000.

Key Accomplishments: Successfully provided configuration and support expertise for a mobile training and testing center

which utilized Satellite two-way communications over VPN tunnels to EDS and Sacramento’s databases, Dell Servers, Dell Desktops, Cellular phone system and fax, Print Station, Smart Board, and overhead projector/sound system.

Developed, designed, implemented, and migrated NT Domain and Exchange 5.5 to Active Directory 2003 and Exchange 2003, performed standardization and enhancements to desktops, and installed Symantec Corp Antivirus and WatchGuard Firewalls.

Created a disaster recovery plan for an SBS 2000 server environment, including Active Directory services and 15 user/computer accounts, and printer services, moving client from SBS 2000 to SBS 2003, implementing new tape backup systems, Symantec Corp anti-virus system, and implemented security and firewall software to defend against intrusions and attacks.

Recovered NT 4.0 SBS and Exchange 5.5/SQL 7.0 Environment and Data, eliminating viruses on client computers and implementing security issues to block intruders. Migrated client from NT Domain to Active Directory/SBS 2000 with Exchange, SQL, ISA, and file and print services.
