• Guided Procedure Catalog tile shows the number of active GP’s to be accessed by GP browser• Guided Procedure Usage tile shows number of executed GP instances to access GP Execution Logs• From SAP Help Guided Procedures tile, you can open application help (overview of GP authoring)• From Guided Procedure Authoring – How-To-Guide tile, you can open the how-to-guide GP authoring

• Guided Procedures• You can log on to and log off from guided procedures, for example to log on with another user• In a log comment, you can now enter a formatted text. You can also upload an image, for example a
screenshot. You can then access this image choosing the link in the Display area of the Log screen area• You can enable the user to navigate to the next step, even if in the previous step all mandatory
activities haven't been executed successfully• Additional chart types are supported, for example heat map charts, bubble charts, and waterfall
charts. You can now attach more than one charts to any kind of guided procedure activity.• With admin role, you can lock a specific guided procedure execution instance in the Complete step.
You can also overwrite the execution status, if needed. By locking you prevent a specific instance to beexecuted and the execution data cannot be changed (guided procedure report remains unchanged)
• If such an instance contains IT tasks, these will be automatically set to completed• You can unlock a locked guided procedure execution instance in the log book
