EFSF Board of Directors: €1.8 billion that is still available under the MFFA can be disbursed to Greece until 30 June 2015, the
disbursement of this last loan tranche is conditional on the successful conclusion of the final review under the current
arrangement. EFSF bonds which are currently held by HFSF will be returned to EFSF and will only become available to
Greece on request by the ECB or SSM only to cover bank recapitalisation and resolution costs. These bonds will also be
available until 30 of June.
