� On a company’s main website, look for a link that

reads “Investor relations.” This will take you to the

financial statements.

accomplishments, history, management team, business strategy, financial statements.

• Current Stock Price (usually in real time)

• 10-K Report – A report submitted to the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) on an annual basis. This report is much more detailed than the annual report and usually
