Bambisa is currently seeking seed/angel investment of $200k (R2M) to fund the beta stage within the South African market.
Funding will be used for the development of the in app marketing elements; fund the sales and marketing plan to drice dowlonas and on boards; further develop the technology.
On offer would be preferiatial equity of 20%, which would convert to 10% of ordinary stock once the investment has been repaid.

Happy parents equals a happy school and a happy home. Experienced gained over the last 10 years (through SMSWeb) has
shown that engaged parents and students result in higher pass rates, school involvemnet and a happier learning environment. Allowing the
teacher to message directly enusres that frequency without the current monetary concerns.
This investment would be ideal for an investor looking to capitalise on
the growing education technology sector, while tapping into an established R37bn market.
