2) Legal experts report (published via web)
3) Web portal creation (availability via internet)
4) Archival and historical research (information on via web, research results publishing)
General Overview

1) To organize 2 large proffesional seminars and 4 internal project meetings
2) To create the project web portal
3) To proces at least 12 000 records from Reserve collection with the direct relationship with confiscated of brought books

4) To manage the creation of the legal expert report
5) To create the physical and virtual exhibition
6) To realize the consistent archival and historical research and to create the monograph, exhibition catalogue or longer paper about the project results

A. To present and promote knowledge about the processed books
B. To prepare professional analysis about the legal status of the books processed within the project
C. PR of the project in the Czech Republic and Norway
D. Deep archival research into the area of book confiscations behind the common approaches
General Overview
To present and promote knowledge about the processed books:
- almost 9 400 records done- available in the library catalogue /internally/- 3 cataloguers hired are capable to make 16
records per day- 2 units creators- external .xls database with the provenance
signs- more than 1 600 provenance signs
were discovered (not 1 600 formal owners)
- database is transfered to the proffesional solution

To present and promote knowledge about the processed books:
- negotiations with other Czech libraries started- research libraries in České
Budějovice, Liberec, Hradec Králové- OAI-PMH protocol set up- first two library is running, third
library needs to solve some technical problems

To prepare professional analysis about the legal status of the books:
- analysis is ready and prepare for our usage (will be translated to English as well)
- Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague- prof. JUDr. Jan Kuklík, DrSc.- Mgr. Daniela Němečková
- the aim of the analysis was to declare the current legal state-of-art of the books, which are processed in the project
- National Library can add these books to its collections and preserve them for the future
What we already did?
PR of the project in the Czech Republic and Norway:
- final conferences dates are agreed- 16. 3. 2015 – Kristiansad- 31. 3. 2015 – Prague
- 4 internal Books discovered once again seminars- first three (Prague,2 x Kristiansand) were
successful- fourth seminar is runnig
- physical and virtual exhibitions- physical exhibition will take place in
Klementinum- duration 1,5 month- close contacts with the library specialist
about the scenario
What we already did?
PR of the project in the Czech Republic and Norway:
- virtual exhibiton- Stiftelsen Arkivet has made a great job- National Library of CR prepared as much
sources as it was possible- separate topic for the running meeting
- getting in the touch with the experts and researches
- promotion:- social media, - conferences, - lectures for university students etc.

Deep archival research into the area of book confiscations:
- outputs for the virtual and physical exhibit, project webpage, proffesional research paper etc.
- 4 personal libraries and 4 institutional libraries were selected and prepare for the microstories:
