Martin Cooper invented the first phone on April 3, 1973.

WHY WAS IT INVENTED? WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

To communicate with people around the world, communication was hard without phones.

HOW HAS IT CHANGED OR IMPROVED IN FUNCTION UNTIL TODAY?Apple and Android products have revolutionized the uses of a cell phone.

WHY IS IT CONSIDERED TECHNOLOGY?

Technology is the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes. Cell phones are technology, because they have a digital screen and are programed to do certain things.

What career or careers and career cluster or clusters is this technology used in?Cell phones career clusters are STEM and Manufacturing. It is STEM because it has to be program to do anything and everything. It can be used in manufacturing to be designed and made to standard.

How does that technology impact you personally and our society in general? (Why can't we live without it?)Technology impacts me greatly. If there was no technology I would not be presenting to you today. Technology makes the world go round. Technology is used to communicate and solve problems.
