and practice implementation

Build a quality early care and education sector with a highly trained workforce to

promote holistic health and development of 0-6s, with proactive parental engagement, integration with health and family support

services and strong school linkages

Embed an integrated pro-social behaviour, language and literacy

strategy in home, school and community service settings

Integrate an adolescent health and mental health practice framework into the area-wide

youth services strategy underpinned by actively engaged primary care and child and

adolescent mental health services

Contribute collaboratively a national level prevention and early intervention policy,

research and practice and promote national level systems change to sustain prevention

and early intervention beyond 2016
