We want to assure consistency between assessors
We plan to introduce the role of moderator – someone who would sample some of each category of Fellowship to ensure parity of decisions.
Supporting Doctoral Students
We want to support those who will hopefully go into HE teaching

Overview of Proposed Mentoring Arrangements
Liaison with SALT regarding staff changing deadlines and/or between SFHEA and FHEA
Mentors provides dates in line with central support sessions.Hold at least 2 meetings/interactions prior to the application
deadline. Provides Group guidance and support (AF/FHEA. SFHEA may
meet individually)
