First the picture of rainbow will appear and learners will be asked to identify the picture.

Now, retention through repetition will be ensured by showing the word ‘Rainbow’ on the slide.

Students will be asked what the Rainbow is. Their answer, along with the teacher’s will be summed up in

this regard.

2 The name of the poet will be appearing. The teacher will give them some information of the poet. Now, a photo of poet will appear for student’s motivation.

Firstly a picture of ship will appear in back ground. Now, the picture of boat and photo of rainbow with cloud will

appear for attraction. The learner may be asked to identify the pictures. Then the text of stanza – 1 will appear. The teacher will read the text proper pronunciation and

intonation. Then learner will be asked to read it imitating the teacher’s

pronunciation and intonation.

A picture which shows the real situation of the poem will appear for student’s motivation.

Then teacher will explain it.

Firstly, pictures of Bridge and tree with rainbow will appear.

Then the text of stanza – 2 will appear. The teacher will read the text proper pronunciation and

intonation. Then learner will be asked to read it imitating the

teacher’s pronunciation and intonation.

6 Some question will appear. Teacher will elaborate the answer of the questions.

7 Now the teacher will explain the text with emphasis on the real grammar and vocabulary related aspect.

8 Here, all that have been dealt with so far will be summed up

through interactive technique. Teacher will clarify the all things written in the poem.

9 For further consolidation of the text the teacher will given open-ended home-assignment to the learners.

10 Teacher will conclude the chapter with brief thanks.
