Communication is a process in which one share his ideas, views, notions to express himself to others.Its very important in team and group.
AN IDEAL TEAM •There must be equality.•Leader should be there to lead the team not himself.•All views and ideas must be listen.•Best one should be chosen.
•Each one should be honest.•No one should back step at any time.•One should help but not does others work or give his work to others.•Team spirit must be there.
An ideal team has his leader to lead the team
in correct direction.
ADVANTAGES OF TEAM WORK
Many different perspectives.
Best idea can be chosen.
Responsibilities and Work gets divided.
Goal is achieved faster or on time
If at all any mistake is done by one, another hides it.
Finally, the team wins
One never quits and is always there for another.
Cooperation is very important.
Each one doing his own work honestly leads to a best model.

Clashes may arise.
Personal ideas and view may be neglected.
One may get the work he does not like.
Its hard to find that each one does it work honestly.
If one back outs, then its difficult.
If any mistake is done, and goal is not achieved, the whole team has to listen.

Team work is important from childhood to present day.
Helps cultivating team spirit.
Helps to cooperate with others.
Helps to have new ideas.
Helps to chose a better team and leader.
