Team Up’s mission
“Our mission is to improve social mobility by transforming young people’s prospects at school and university. Our accredited Rising Leaders Programme equips bright university students with the highly-sought professional skills to empower pupils to academic excellence and secure exceptional careers.”
You’re all here today, because you think like we do!
What we do
• Rising Leaders support pupils through high quality tuition and enrichment sessions
• After school sessions once a week
• Consistent evidence that small group tuition improves attainment by 1 ½ x expected progress
What you do
• Committees recruit and support Team Up Rising Leaders in schools
• Organise events to raise awareness and funds for our work
• Act as ambassadors for our mission in their university and in the community

Problem Solving and Project Delivery),
and 1 additional role-specific unit
Professional and Career
Development - optional module• All candidates are
invited to take an additional module on career development
• Master classes available on CV writing, interviews, work shadowing, networking and professional mentoring
• Opportunity to learn and connect with top employers partnered with Team Up
Assessment
• You will receive regular feedback from the Regional Manager on your assignments
• Upon completion, you will be awarded Pass, Merit or Distinction
• All Distinction Leaders will be specially recognised at the 2014 Team Up EOYCE in London
