• FALL SESSION I REMINDERS

• Tuesday Nov 4th: Last day to officially withdraw from a course

• Nov 27th – Nov 30th: College closed for Thanksgiving holiday

• Sunday December 7th- Last day of Fall Session I classes

• Dec 9th – Dec 15th: Final Examinations

• Dec 19th- Grades will begin being added to CUNY First

• Dec 24th-25th, Dec 31st- College Closed

• Make sure that you are REGISTERED for at least 1-2 classes…CLASSES ARE FILLING QUICKLY!!!

• You must RE-ENROLL in any failed remedial for Fall Session II unless specified otherwise by your Advisor

• Shorter Session (6 weeks) will result in longer classes and intensified workloads…BE PREPARED

• SESSION II BEGINS!!!!

• Jan 5th- First day of Weekday Classes for FA II (Winter Session)

• Jan 7th- Last day to drop a class w/o “WD” grade

1) Enrollment periods: Our chapter has 4 enrollment periods each year; however, ASAP only pays for membership fees during the Fall I and Spring I enrollment periods

• The selection process for these awards is rigorous and highly competitive with approximately 85 scholarships awarded each year out of hundreds of applicants. A review panel of distinguished university faculty and admissions professionals judge the applicants using criteria including: Achievement and academic ability, Financial need, Persistence, Leadership, Desire to help others

Queens College Transfer HonorsTo be eligible to apply, you must be a full-time student with 45+ credits in a AA, or AS program with a 3.3+ GPA. Students in AA/AS programs must ordinarily complete the degree to be eligible for scholarships.

Exceptional students with an AA/AS degree and a 3.5 GPA, or 60+ credits in a baccalaureate program and a 3.5 GPA can apply for scholarships ranging from half-tuition to full tuition (NY resident tuition rate).
