Offer: Enter course information for courses willing to share. Use some standard meta data categories

Need: Search for course by metadata or post request for course needed

Co-Develop: List projects proposed for shared funding and collaborative development. Pool funding for NROC collaborative development or self-organize among members

Organize Swap Meets at meetings (or when invited)

• Select a time around major meetings when people can come together to view courses, discuss swapping and co-development.

• NROC to coordinate activity, develop method that members can eventually host on their own
