1. No policy documents were there to read but they know about the code of conduct verbally but we continued to talk onward with cooperating teacher about the school expectation regarding the children's behavior as under:
“School is a formal agency or institute to deliver and develop holistic development of a child. e.g. psychology, social and emotional development e.t.c.
2. As mentioned by the teacher discipline is directly concerned with policy documents to mention effective classroom discipline.
3. To follow general rules, cultural norms of community from where student come and rules and regulation adopted by the school could guide cooperating teacher while observing it in letter and sprit and then a teacher can follow these guidelines .
