Personal KM On 28/08/12, We had our last

lecture, which was about Personal Knowledge Management and Mdm. Azmawati briefed us about “Personal Knowledge Management and also the whole class discussed they own experience about Personal knowledge management.

i.e Rizduan working during day and study During night and he knows how to manage his life by doing “Personal Knowledge Management” and Mdm. Azmawati gave us the example that When everyone sharing is a good example of personal knowledge management.

sharing to try to collaborate is a good example of Knowledge Management as well. Mdm. Azmawati gave us another example from Petronas company that they need to start individual sustain company. There is a cold storage department in Petronas Company which is serious job there and put people together that they don’t want to share psychology, and people recognize that they are not good. and Rizduan shared us the bad things about the Petronas company is that they can’t hold people for long time and the motivation is dead.

Azmawati shared us about the Personal KM was about our faculty that the Dean of FCM calling all lecturers on every Friday and they do have a meeting sharing their story & experience.
