19 Years of Happiness Experience

Trusted, Recognized & Endorsed Sustainable Happiness Expert

From metro Detroit , grew up in a loving modest family as an Olympic

developmentally trained athlete

1996 - age 19 discovered life’s purpose “Help millions of people have

happier lives.”

1998 - Introduction of Positive Psychology - unbeknownst to Aymee

2000 - Undergraduate degree specializing in employee happiness

2001 - First job ‘Happiness Coordinator’ on Trading Floor at Wells

Fargo (before Aymee - EVP yelling daily and employees quitting

everyday; after Aymee - EVP promoted to Treasurer, no one quit,

group grew 4x & made 4x more money)

2002 - Started graduate school specializing in happiness in

organizational culture transitioned to leadership

2003 - Started Leadership Coaching Business & Discovered Positive

Psychology in Organizational Settings – first book published from

University of Michigan Business School

2004 - Started Media Focus for Educational Entertainment & San

Francisco Happiness Club & Trained Community leaders around the

world

2006 - Created Happiness Makeover™ - Leadership Development

program

2007 - Trademarked Happiness Makeover / Became Happiness Expert

/ Published book chapter “Thank God I was Fat, Ugly, Poor, Divorced

and Live in Chronic Pain.”/

EmpowermentThe ability for an individual to take charge of their own happiness

instead of relying on the outside world for happiness.

Resiliency The ability for an individual to recover quickly from life challenges.

ContentmentThe ability to be able to create a fulfillment in your heart center by

actualizing individuated MAPS (meaning, authenticity, purpose,

strengths.)

BlissThe ability to feel connected to a spiritual force that is larger than

your egoic perception. There are three types of bliss: light,

effervescent, and peaceful divine bliss.

Positive MoodThe ability to maintain a positive uplifting mood for a sustained

amount of time.
